INTRODUCTIONMarketing management is helps in the discipline of the organisation which focus on theapplications of the marketing orientation, different methods and techniques in the enterprise andthe entity and all the members of the company have to do the proper management of the firm sothat they can use the proper resources and the activities (Gu and et. al.,2016). The present studyis based on Mark & Spencer which is a multinational retailer deals in varied sectors such asgrocery items and health related products and vitamins and supplements. Furthermore, reportcovers different issues faced by firm while setting the appropriate pricing strategies,.Furthermore, challenges faced in distribution strategy are explained for successful operation ofbusiness. Apart from this, different factors for better planned and managed pricing decision arealso explained. Moreover, improvement in pricing decision are also suggested to selectedorganization.TASK Distribution channels are the various ways so that they can produce the proper productsand services and sell to the consumers directly. They have to make the routes so that they canproperly flow the information or the message. The members of Mark & Spencer have to directlydeal with the consumers so that they can use the proper channel for the distribution of theproducts and services. The company members have to do the proper investments so that theycam create and maintain a distribution channel (Reneses and Ortega, 2014). They have to makethe margin on the channels and have to do the proper expense of the sales efforts in managing thechannels so that they can make a substantial proportion so that they can increase the marketingcosts. Factors considered in making the brand availableIn this there are are two elements which are included in this that is channel design andchannel management which helps in increasing the competition. Members of Mark & Spencerhave to use the proper channels helps in promoting the products and services. Distributionchannels are helpful in configure by putting together agents, merchants and facilitators in thevarious ways so that they can depend on the product, market and also helpful in attaining thecompetition.
