This report discusses the factors that motivate employees to work, including intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and the theory of motivation by Maslow. It also covers positive factors such as fair policies and practices, appreciation, and care, as well as negative factors such as job stress, role ambiguity, and abusive supervision.
