INTRODUCTION.
All individuals work to earn the basic amount of money so that standard of living could
be maintained. Further, the present report will discuss certain factors that allow the individual to
remain motivated and dedicated towards certain work that is assigned at the workplace. Also,
study will identify impact of job roles through analysing factors both in positive and negative
manner so that better understanding of the business environment could be made. Thus, these
factors will be helpful for all employees that wants to grow both personally and professionally in
future prospects.
MAIN BODY.
Presenting factors that motivate employees for work.
There are various factors that help the organizations in keeping employees motivated for
longer time period. Further, inspired employees help in firm in achieving unexpected targets in
given time-frame. Some of those factors are as follows:
Providing recognition: It is important factor that could be used by the firm so that individuals
are able to remain dedicated and increase the productivity at workplace for longer duration. Also,
by providing rewards and incentives organizations might observe change in attitude and
behaviours of the individual in right manner (Bevacqua, Yu and Zhang, 2018). Further, the
employees are able to take certain responsibilities of the firm without any hesitation.
Setting achievable goals: Employees are also able to perform better in those organizations
where goals set by the firms are achievable in certain time. Also, such goals help the individual
in developing strategies so that it could be achieved easily without many problems. Furthermore,
small milestones also gives sense of achievement to individual.
Creating new job titles: It is another way where companies are able to grow when new
opportunities are created within the departments so that employees are valued within the firm.
Moreover, creating new job titles allow the individual to discover new growth opportunities
within the firm so that motivation level could be maintained for years (Hitka, Kozubíková and
Potkány, 2018).
Flexibility: It is also type of factor that is used by the firms now-days that allow the individuals
to create positive impact on the operations of the business. Thus, flexibility in working hours

allow the employees to have enough time for the family and other important personal task that
also allows the firm in keeping the employees motivated for achieving complex business goals.
Creating best working environment: It is also known that employees that are having the best
work environment are able to remain motivated and create good impact on the working of the
firm. Moreover, good working environment allows the firm to introduce various new policies in
the business easily. Also, best of the suggestions are gathered through active participation of all
the employees when any complex business situations occur. Furthermore, best working
environment could be in form of conducting fun activities, developing recreational areas, open
communications channels etc.(Al-Tkhayneh, Kot and Shestak, 2019)
Good wages: It is another factor that would allow various firm to develop complex goals for
entire organization so that people are able to work in better ways. Also, the primary motive of
any employee is to earn good wages so that minimum standard of living could be maintained.
Hence, giving good amount of salary will motivate the employees to work harder for the
organization gaols and objectives.
Thus, from few of above factors it can be said that organizations would be able to make
the productive business through efficient group of motivated employees. Also, if employees are
motivated than firms would be able to retain employees for longer duration which in turn would
involve less training costs for the firms. Moreover, worker performance is also improved to great
level so that overall business output generation would be higher (Why employee motivation is
important and how to improve, measure and maintain it, 2022). Hence, it is essential for all
organization whether big or small to identify ways so that employees are able to remain
motivated so that best of customer services and improved quality of work could be delivered.
Furthermore, it provides a sense of security to the employees so that friendly relationship could
be maintained among the supervisors and employees. Also, organizational goals are achieved in
the best of manner that help the firms in maintaining competitive advantage among the rest of
competitors. Also, it is known organizations that have highly motivated workforce are able to
innovate the products and services on regular basis and also able to target new potential
customers for the business. Furthermore, it is known that those organizations that have
motivated workforce are able to give full autonomy to the employees to carry out certain tasks
according to their own so that better results could be achieved.

Analysing the positive and negative factors based on job roles.
It is known that there are various job roles that are existing in the firm such as marketing,
finance, operations, human resources etc. due to which employees either experience positive or
negative behaviour at the workplace.
Some positive factors related to the job roles are better relationship with supervisors
that helps the individual to share and solve complex business and personal problems with help of
effective communication. Also, greater level of job satisfaction helps the individual to handle
new tasks in the most efficient manner so that performance and productivity could be maintained
to greater level. Moreover, fair policies and practices that are adopted at any workplace helps
the individual to remain in the same organization for longer time period. Also, fair policies gives
direction to employees so that all individual efforts are made towards the achievement of
organization goals and objectives (Tentama and et.al., 2019). Furthermore, fair compensation is
also another positive factor that is related to job roles of the company. Thus, through the fair
compensation policies that are developed by any firm than individual would feel less stressed
and more happy on the current job position. Along, with this employee would work harder to
achieve certain tasks on the given deadline. Furthermore, any kind of respect or praise is also
positive factor that individual earns while working on different positions when any extraordinary
targets are been accomplished in name of firm. Moreover, respect or praise could be given by the
firm in either monetary and non monetary terms depending upon the level of accomplishment.
Also, employee after achieving any kind of respect is able to engage in the best manner with
organization culture and people and hence able to work more effectively (De Sousa Sabbagha,
Ledimo and Martins, 2018).
However, there are certain negative factors that employees experience because of their
job roles. Some of is excessive workload that is faced by employees during certain times of the
business because of which individuals are not able to handle the job responsibilities in the right
manner. Also, it creates the stressful environment due to which the productivity of the employees
is highly affected. Another one is minimal opportunities for growth in any firm that negatively
impacts the behaviour of employees on large scale. Further, it reduces commitment level of the
employees in achieving certain targets of firm that in turn loose the interest of the employees
towards achievement of business objectives (Lorincová and et.al., 2019). Further, there are some
cases where inefficient communication factor also create negative impact on different job roles

due to which the employees are not able to share opinions among the different levels of people
based on the work that is being carried out that in turn creates problems of conflicts at the
workplace in the future. Moreover, lack of proper feedback from the supervisors also creates
negativity at the workplace due to which employees are not able to understand the certain
strengths and weakness that are already existing within them (Huang, 2021). Furthermore,
quality of work is also impacted and is clearly shown in organization work efficiency because of
which personal development of the individual is also not shown in due course of time. This also
leads to committing of more mistakes and errors that results in poor organization results while
competing with other rivalries present in the market. Also, lack of training is another negative
factor that is based on certain job roles existing within the firm. Further, due to lack of proper
training the employees are not able to deliver the best work in different job roles that are existing
within the workplace. Hence, most of the issues of the individual remain unaddressed and the
skills of the employee is not developed.
CONCLUSION.
From the above report it can be concluded that people work in different organizations to
fulfil certain personal objectives and develop skills that is essential for future growth. Also, the
report had identified certain factors that helps in developing motivation among the employees at
that workplace which is also essential for organization growth and success. Moreover, the study
had identified certain positive factors such as fair policies, compensation, relationship with
supervisors etc. that is based on the job roles that are present in different organizational
departments. Lastly, some negative factors such as lack of training, feedback and much more
based on certain job roles has also been discussed under this report in detail.
