INTRODUCTION
Understanding why people work is quite important and it has to be ensured that the
development of a proper understanding can be done which will be quite useful and therefore can
help in the attainment of the future goals and objectives (Berk and et.al., 2021). It is thus quite
necessary that the identification of the ways in which the people can be motivated should be
made in quite a proper and appropriate manner. In this report, analysis will be made on various
factors which motivate employees to work. Additionally, an analysis on the factors which can
create an impact on the employees will be made as a part of this project.
MAIN BODY
Various factors which motivate employees to work-
There are various types of factors which motivate employees to work. It is therefore quite
important that the appropriate analysis of the factors can be made so that the attainment of the
future goals and objectives can be made (Botella-Carrubi and Tudela-Torras, 2020). These
factors are explained as follows-
Appreciation- It is quite important that the right-level of appreciation is given to the
employees for the work which has been done by them (Hoffman and Tadelis, 2021). It
will therefore help them a lot to be able to focus and concentrate more on their work and
thus will help in the attainment of the goals and objectives. Thus, it is quite essential that
the employees are appreciated for the good work which has been done by them so that
they are able to ensure that they are able to attain the goals and objectives in a better
manner.
Being in know about company matters- It is necessary that the appropriate level of
knowledge is obtained about company matters (Knies, Leisink and Van De Schoot,
2020). This will be quite helpful for the purpose of ensuring that the needs and
requirements are managed.
Understanding attitude from the management- It is quite important that the
development of an understanding attitude can be done from the management. Therefore,
in this way it can be stated that the appropriate management of the needs and
requirements can be carried out which will be helpful for the various types of managers.
