Introduction
Motivation is a portion of management which describes a desire to act in such a means that
assistances in sustaining some needs, requirements and goals of individual. The period motivation
is detached into derive and motivating where energy is connected to prime feature of biological of
elementary requirements and motive is connected to societal and emotional ambitious such as
family, work etc. the beginning of the motivation span is ‘motive’. Its straight inspirations the
performance and presentation of an individual (Brügger, A., 2020). The executive of the
association stimulates their assistants for implementation job professionally. It is a unceasing
procedure since human needs are always increasing which is not ever pleased. It is a notion of
psychological and inside sensation. In this study we have discussed the meaning of motivation
with the Maslow’s needs hierarchy theory and the factors motivating employee to work. With this
the positive and negative factors that is experienced by the individual in the job roles the strategies
to cope with the negative factors.
Motivation meaning
The term motivation defines to the act of stimulating someone or oneself for achieving
desired course of action. Motivation is the procedure that recruits, leaders, and upholds goal-
oriented behaviors. Motivation is prejudiced by the gratification of wants that are moreover
essential for supporting lifespan or indispensable for happiness and development. The motivation
is of two types intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
Intrinsic motivation- This are those which occur at the time of performance of work. It is
concerned with the state of self-actualization. These are non-financial rewards like praise,
recognition, responsibilities and participation.
Extrinsic motivation- it is induced by external factors which are primarily financial in nature.
The motivators include higher pay, fringe benefits, profit sharing, health and medical insurance,
maternity leave and paid vacation (Erol, O. and Kurt, A.A., 2017).
Maslow’s need hierarchy theory
This philosophy was familiarized in 1943 by Abraham Maslow in thinking as
motivational model. It is a philosophy of humanoid inspiration where Maslow undertakes that
a pleased want is not a stimulus. Maslow definite the five stages of human wants which
characterize the pyramid from short too high in the procedure of pyramid.
Physiological needs- It describes the humanoid straightforward requirements together
with water, housing, food and breathing which are indispensable for existence. If these
