State the aims and objectives of this research:
The aim of the research is to identify the factors and activities that act
as an impact on the motivation of job performance of employees. The
aim is to focus the study on Google, one of the best and reputed
organisations in the world
To identify the activities perceived by Google that has an impact
on the motivation on the job performance of employees
To identify the effectiveness of the techniques that has been
implemented to attend the organisational objective
