TASK B
(B)The analysis of all cases have enable us to understand the various parameters on
which there are torture cases of violence, child labor and the various cases of child abuse in
major parts of Malaysia , where people are neglecting childcare and young population are going
through severe problems. While researching for the topic I went through various examples of
severe torture among employees who are small in age, working at factories and mistreated by
their owners on various terms. I analyzed in my research that on various terms on which small
children are working at offices, factories are not only illegal but are unethically tortured by their
owners which not only impact them physically but have long term impacts on their mental levels.
The children are deprived from hygienic cleanliness, where there are not given proper care of
nutrition and productivity which are highly unethical on business terms. Functionally they are
taken aback on various terms and development on their physical body aspects is not proper, often
there are cases of pressurizing them to work them under congested places, with no areas of light
and ventilation. Girls are forced raped in many child abuse cases where their self respect is
beaten majorly, legally many cases are unnoticed under the eye of law where authorities under
pressure by secretive forces do not take any legal punishments (Martellozzo, 2019). There are
negligible actions taken on cases of child abuse who are orphan, poor and are under no care by
any supervisors, while reporting the case studies and analyzing I profoundly focused on
Malaysian country political scenario where rules have major role to play in these cases.
I worked on many notes and areas to get detailed analysis on various profound areas of
determinants where children are forced to work major hours, they are victims of violence and
physically tortured in many parts of country. Investigations have shown that major child abuse
cases are reported in remote areas and regions which are not only far from population but are
illegally zoned in turmoil centers and hotspot areas. I also researched various parameters which
yield knowledge on areas of what legal actions, investigation needs to be taken which will enable
force of reduce and in eliminating child abuse cases in Malaysia. There has been significant rise
due to homeless people living in remote arenas, poverty and major cases of abuse by illegal
works and business trading, which have made Malaysia as one of the top countries among world

people found culprit behind child abuse cases which are not highly effective in serving the
appropriate actions behind crimes. Criminology studies have found that investigations need to be
highly structured with legal focus built towards positioning stopping child abuse as an high
priority of government. Punishments in present scenario are not highly strong and in detail
investigation have shown many times reports are unnoticed and kept hidden under eyes of law
which encourages unethical practices (Peters and Hartwig, 2020). Family members, relatives and
teachers at high school have the role to report the cases immediately to police forces and
criminology departments. Children should be encouraged to speak up against any sort of
violence, discrimination or act of violence which will stop such abuses on long term legal actions

rise in such child abuse cases are the various forces which are functionally not effective enough
in establishing high ethical standards of child care, where the various case studies reporting goes
missing due to negligence (Johnson, 2017).There is less focus given on childcare sectors and

stricter laws, regulations and policy that deter abusers and harassers from ruining the lives of
children. These policies and laws need to impose stricter fines, penalties or jail time depending
on the degree of the abuse or harassment suffered by children. The policy makers also need to
ensure that there exists no corruption during the implementation and during operations of these
laws in order to guarantee the abusers suffer the consequences of their actions. Family: The
family of the abused or harassed child needs to be additionally vigilant in the care of their
children and is required to pay attention to the abnormalities in the behaviour of child with the
intention to recognising signs of abuse (Cheah and Choo, 2016). If abuse is detected, the family
needs to take urgent initiative to contact local authorities and healthcare, so that their child can

needs to take urgent initiative to contact local authorities and healthcare, so that their child can
be looked after. All Malaysian families are also required to teach children of the dangers they are
exposed to and the moral and legal consequences of abusing and harassing children. Educational
Institutions: As educational institutions are amongst the primary places where children regularly
suffer abuse and harassment in Malaysia, the educational institutions should also teach the
children to come forward and report any kind of abuse or harassment suffered in addition to
taking strict, appropriate and relevant action against the abusers in order to create a healthy
learning environment for children and to reduce the number of abuse cases that occur at
educational institutions (Straus and Smith, 2017).
The communities: The Malaysian communities also need to adapt with the changing
times and not have any stigma or prejudice against people who come out into the pubic having
suffered abuse or harassment, as social stigma and public prejudice is amongst the primary
reasons that many victims of abuse and harassment never report the case to the relevant
authorities and the perpetrators go unpunished, leading to increased rate of abuse and harassment
in the society (Shaari, Harun and Hussain, 2019). This can be addressed by educating the
communities of Malaysia of the physical and mental trauma that victims of abuse and harassment
have to undergo through their lives. Law Enforcers: The Malaysian law enforcers also need to
take responsibility and contribute, if the current situation in Malaysia is to change for the better.
The law enforcers need to take additional initiative with respect to cases of abuse and harassment
against children in Malaysia and put additional efforts to capturing and punishing the abusers
according to the legal laws and policies that are implemented the law makers while ensuring no
perpetrator goes unpunished due to corruption in the system. Non-Governmental Organisation:
The NGO’s can also contribute significantly by raising the public awareness of their heinous
crimes being committed against the Malaysian children amongst the communities so that no such
incidents occur in the future. The NGO’s can also help the children suffering abuse by collecting
money from the Malaysian public which can be used for the treatment and betterment of victims.
CONCLUSION
The report has successfully concluded the various child abuse cases which have occurred
in recent years within Malaysia , which have been risen due to various reasons of negligence,
high violence and reportedly many forms of un reporting by legal laws. Report concludes all
sorts of child abuse cases which are highly increasing in country and are figured as making
