THE ISSUE
The family issue are the problems which the people face while working and living with
the whole family. There are been different types of the issues which can be faced by the person
while living within the society. In the present case of Mary and George the family issue or the
problem being faced was that Mary was aboriginal but George said that their children will not be
attending any of the aboriginal activities which will be conducted at the school (Hulme, Morgan
and Boxall, 2019). In addition to this, another major issue being faced within the family as
witnessed by class parent representative was that Mary and George were not having good
relation. The reason underlying this fact is that when the representative went to children home
then they noticed that yard was messed up and Mary also did not provide for lunch to the
children. In addition, to this another issue which representation noticed was that they heard the
father yelling in the background. Also Mary was nervous and this implied that she is either not
well or is being mistreated by George and due to this she is not good. These issues affect the
children and their growth in negative manner. The reason underlying this fact is that in case the
parents will not be working in better manner then this will be promoting fear and other negative
feeling within the mind of children.
As per the views of Usher and et.al., (2021) the family must be well maintained and must
not be having any of the issue present. This is very essential for the success of family and to live
in happy and healthy lifestyle. Thus, for this, it is necessary that there is proper communication
between the people living within the family and this is also necessary as it involves the better
coordination and understanding of people of family. Currently the domestic violence is
increasing and this is not good for the country and the cases of violence is increasing. This
affects the working of the country and affects the working of the people living in the economy as
well. The reason pertaining to the fact is that in case the domestic violence will be high in the
economy then this will affect the working of the company and the overall country as well.
On the other hand Hwang, Simpson and Butler (2021) in case the domestic violence will
not be managed in proper manner then this will make the country e good will affected. The
reason underlying this practice that in case the domestic violence within the country will be
higher than this implies that people within the country are not good and doing business with the
kind of people will not be beneficial. Thus as a result of this the overall working efficiency of the
country will be affected. Hence the country has made many different types of legislations and

rules for governing the domestic violence and to mitigate the actions. The various use of
legislations and regulations is very essential in order to evaluate the domestic violence and try to
assist the people suffering from it.
The legislation related with the issue of domestic violence is the Family Law act 1975
and this involves the protection of the person against the domestic violence which person faces.
The act was published in the year 1975 and focuses on the protection of the rights of the children
and also responsibility of every parent towards their children (Coomber and et.al., 2021). The
legislation assists the people in proper and effective management of the domestic violence in
proper and effective manner. The reason underline the factors for using the family law is that it
will guide the people that how the family needs to be run. In addition to this it will also outline
the different ways through which the working can be managed and monitored for effective
analysis. In case a person needs to have justice time they need to effectively comply with the
requirements of the law in order to manage and sustain the domestic violence.
POLICY RESPONSS
The government policies with respect to management of domestic violence involve the
protection of victims by making some laws and guidelines. Hence, with respect to this the
government and federal policies have been created like family law and many others being
prepared. For managing the domestic violence it is very essential for the government to take
measures in order to control it. The domestic violence can be undertaken in many different ways
and there are different responses of police and government which have been made for the
protection of people. The policy response of the government with respect to the domestic
violence is cancel the government has created many preventive programs and also supports the
victims and their families financially and at emotional level as well. Every jurisdiction of the
country e is having a variety of laws which assist the people in getting justice related to domestic
violence. The Government of Australia has also funded programs which operate within different
states and territories for providing support and Accommodation to the people suffering from any
of the violence. In addition to this the government has also build on different women refuge she

overseeing the issue and working in better and effective manner. In case there is any of the
problem then these authorities will be working for solving the issue. In addition to setting up the
different policies the government is also and hunting the supervision of the different of vendors
who are dealing in domestic violence. This is necessary in order to ensure that the violence is not
being undertaken and try to reduce it. In addition to this the working of the government also in
clothes increasing the exercise of in the behaviour of the people towards use of corrective
services in order to ensure that people are not doing injustice to other person and as a result of
this domestic violence is being created. Hence it is very necessary for the government to ensure
that proper justice is being spread within the whole country. Along with this for government it is
also necessary to work on the behaviour of police and their capacity to take decisions. In case the
police witness of case of domestic violence then they must have such power that they can take
any immediate action and not have to wait for the permission to be taken from higher authorities.

PRACTICE RESPONSE- AGENCY
The agency in Melbourne is Northern Family & Domestic Violence Service (NFDVS) is
the agency which can affect the issue of domestic violence. This body belongs to the government
sector working in protection of families. The NFDVS is a specialist family violence service
through which the justice can be imported. This agency provides specialist knowledge relating to
the family violence and what responses can be taken for the benefit of the victim. This agency
receives all the reference by the police related to the domestic violence and speciality women
involvement (Morgan and et.al., 2020). The majority of the cases being coming to NFDVS
involves the base from culturally and linguistically diverse background that is CALD. This
agency works collaboratively with the different family violence teams coming from Victorian
aboriginal child care agency in order to protect the women and their children.
The role of social worker in case of domestic violence is to work in order to manage and
keep the situation without any discrimination. The role of social worker is to promote peace and

harmony among the people living within the family. The ethical consideration to be considered
for the social worker is that they must use all the lawful and unbiased practices. The reason
underlying this fact is that in case the bias working will be practiced then this will promote
equality and justice (Easteal, Young and Carline, 2018). Moreover, in the present case of issue of
domestic violence the response of social worker must in in favour of Mary and children and they
must protect their rights.
Within the case of domestic violence, the managerialist and neoliberal constraint which
can affect the issue is the difference in the equality issues within the people of the gender
biasness can also affect the justice.
A person who has faced discrimination of the basis of colour or the race can go to the
agency and they can get justice. The use of the agency that is Northern Family & Domestic
Violence Service (NFDVS) can be used in order to find justice for the discrimination being
faced.
There is requirement of using good practices for the effective solving of the issue in
better way. The reason pertaining to the fact is that in case there will be any of the domestic issue
being faced then this will affect the working efficiency and justice. Hence, for this, evidence
based research will be used for solving the issue of domestic violence.
The policy and practices relating to domestic violence need to be followed by social
worker as this will outline the steps through which justice can be ensured. This policy will
involves first analysing the issue and collecting evidence relating to the issue. Hence, after that
proper research will be conducted in order to prove the facts clears. Hence, after this proper
justice will be provided to the victim.
CONCLUSION AND CRITIQUE
In the end it can be inferred that policy of agency is very good and effective and assist in
better solving of the case. Hence, as a result of this, the proper justice will be promoted and this
might result in better management of domestic violence. The solution to the family violence is
very essential in order to manage the requirement of the people living within the family. The
reason underlying the fact is that in case the people within the family will not be satisfied then
this will affect the working and living of people. Thus the above discussion evaluated that the
use of NFDVS as is very essential in order to protect the working of the family. Hence it can be

stated that the use of different types of legislation and rules by government is very essential in
order to manage the family or domestic violence.
With the above analysis it is clear that a domestic violence is not good for the people
living with anti Society. Hence for this the major suggestion to the people within Australia is that
they must not inculcate the habit of discriminating or doing badly to any other person (Kevin,
2020). The reason underlying this fact is that in case the people will avoid the discriminating or
doing violence then the issue of domestic violence will not appear.
In addition to this another recommendation to the people for managing the domestic
violence is to work on strengthening the financial position of the person. The reason underlying
this fact is that in case the person will be financially strong then people will not pain position to
home effect or violate the feelings of another person. Hence it is very necessary for people to be
financially strong so that no other person can violet or discriminate with them on any basis.
