It is identified that in order to analyze the project initiative from the initial stage, it is
the responsibility of the managers to hire experienced stakeholders for the project. It is the
responsibility of the project manager to create proper schedule that elaborates the activities
that are required to be executed for completing the project. In addition to this, the schedule of
the project reflects the budget that is needed.

E-business is considered as one of the driving approach in order to book the tickets as
well as accommodations for the family trip in Australia. By utilizing e-business, an individual
