Being an extremely compassionate and professional individual, I look forward to apply for the
position of Family Violence Support Worker and Safety Hub Practitioner. I was a victim of
domestic violence and I am aware of the need for proper safety support such as hubs.
My educational achievements and qualification related to behavioral sciences have assisted in
qualifying for the post of Safety Hub Practitioner. My Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology has
helped me in understanding the various concepts such as the importance of maintaining youth
justice and addressing the perpetration of cases of family violence. I am aware of the proper
measures that need to be adopted to uplift the affected sections in society.
I possess the ability to implement the theories related to family violence and its applications. I
possess the capability of assessing and managing risks. In addition to this, I have imbibed the
capability of exercising the power of persuasive communication to persuade the victims of
family violence to join the hub for future protection.

I had discharged the role of a nursing assistant at an aged care center for a period of six years.
During this period, I had imbibed the ability to comprehend the needs and extend my compassion
for the people in need. . My previous vocation as assistant nurse had helped me to acquire the
relevant experience related to providing and supervising the services.

Objective
With a view to cater to the needs of the needs of the community, I aspire to associate
myself with Quantum Support Service as a Family Violence Support and Safety Hub
Practitioner. Exhibiting a highly professional, compassionate and motivated attitude towards the
