It is very difficult for some people to tell exactly what they are undergoing without serious diagnosis. Individuals may have problems such as lack of sleep or body weakness thus ending taking them as normal. Biologically, these problems occur due to improper functioning of the body such as fatigue. Simply, fatigue is a biological situation that is characterized by lack of energy involving both physical and mentally. In addition, it is different from drowsiness that always explains the demand to sleep although both of them they may occur at the same time (Cristian, 2009). The purpose of this fatigue report is to explain the various problems that an individual may experience, signs of fatigue, risks associated with fatigue and various steps to follow when managing it. In addition, it will help us to highlight the proposed strategies for fatigue management and its relationship to the control of hierarchy. People having fatigue may cause various problems not only to the entire society but also to their places of work. They can also cause problems to themselves thus causing disruption to their day-to-day activities. First, fatigue can cause accidents and other risk injuries especially at places of work. This may be due to body weakness and muscles contractions. Secondly, psychiatric issues such as depression can rise thus leading many individuals to assume that it is occurring due to their state of aging. It can also bring about problem of failure to complete some assigned duties due to mental fatigue resulting from low concentration (Greenwald, 2009). Vital diagnosis of fatigue can also lead to health problems making the victim uncomfortable. These health problems may include but not the list as heart disease, diabetes, and dryness of the skin. Incorporation of the fatigue in the body can lead to poor decision making concerning a certain individual movement thus having effect on performance and productivity.
