Fayol’s management principles are related to the practical experiences that can be used in
any management situations irrespective of the frameworks of the organizations. In the case of
sports associations, management of the different levels of stakeholders become critical. Among
the 14 principles, 4 most important and relevant principles are discipline, unity of direction,
initiative and subordination of individual interest to the general interest (Moen, 2017). Discipline
relates to the mandatory fact that a football team has to have discipline so that respect for the
agreements can be achieved. This leads to have obedience, energy, application and outward arks
of respect. The unity of direction is the process of implying the objectives are achieved by all
the team members. The initiative and subordination of individual interest to the general interest
relates to the focusing upon the interest of the group rather than of the individual. If each of the
football team members thinks only of the development of their own then the team will suffer.

The Four Frames Model, the four categories are structural frame, human resource frame,

the government is high therefore in the selection process, the biasness and racism are found in

Examining own biases and finding out their origin (Zhao et al., 2016)
Validating experiences as well as feelings of the people of color
Explaining the negative output of racism within the team
Arranging relationship building activities among the players.
