Task 1
Author stated, From the individual young boy/girl to big companies, all are preparing the time
management plan for better completion of work and manage the things with time. It also saves
huge cost which is invested by companies to complete the projects on time.
According to (Naughton, 2020, p.105050.) Time management is the process of managing all
activities to complete on time and help person to remain focus on all other activities. It an
importance activity which need to be maintained by everyone to complete their work on time and
achieve the target objective within time limit. Statement from (Ahmad Uzir, Gašević, Matcha, Jovanović, Pardo, 2020, pp.70-88). Time
management help person to manage all thinks and save time that leads to increase in
productivity.

Plymouth Model
During the Covid-19 the lock down frustrated me to remain in my home for longer
period of time. Then I decide to take a Holiday in Turkey to spend some time in new
environment. The situation of turkey is quite good after the lock down and tourist are attracted
towards the offering of hotels and flights. But my decision was somewhat wrong as there are
Covid cases in flight which I had taken from UK to Turkey. This fear me that I need to spend
almost 14 days in a room due to Covid-19 cases from our flight. I remain quarantine for 14 days
which affect my mentality and thinking which resulted the fact that i can't decide anything
related to same.
But after the incident occurs with me, I decide to talk with family that motivate me to
stay calm and positive to deal with this uncertain situation. I decide to remain positive and start
working on my project that made me distracted from this situation. To remain strong, it is
necessary to remain positive and wait until the reports are received. If the report come positive I
have to remain for almost 1 month for my treatment in another country. It makes a problem for

me and for my family and I had only one alternative remain for me is to wait for the report which
I'll get after 2-3 days. But through that time I need a strong motivation value from my family and
friend to fix all this stuff I have created and wrong decision which I had made by avoid the
situation around the world.
the report gives negative which mean I all ready to visit turkey for my holidays. I took
all precautions and avoid all the chances where high crowd is being occurring on tourist spots. I
visit some interesting place in turkey which makes a quite relaxing feeling in my state if mind.
But it constantly gets me a feeling of my wrong decision that I had made to make holiday in
turkey. If the report shows me positive, then it affects me mentally and physically which I need
to pay high cost for that implications. However, I learned a lot from this trip through how I make
wrong decision and what precautions I have to take for travelling. The decision-making power
need to be improved skills and positive and relax mind is another factor that help me to deal with
all types of situation that I'll face in my future life.
CONCLUSION
The report concludes that, time management t is an important activity to manage all the
task and assignment to achieve an individually. This help person to maintain and monitor all the
activities towards the final goal. The advantages of time management show that it is an essential
part for any task to accomplish on time. Whereas, their disadvantages are shows the time
management is time-consuming process and certain activities are being not considered under. On
the other hand, methods show that show time management can i8mprtove it.
