INTRODUCTION
Event planning is defined as a procedure in which management of projects like
convention, team building activity, trade show, convention or party takes place. In order to
assure successful event planning, effective execution of five stages named research, design,
planning, coordination and evaluation are required to be undertaken (Mudkhana, 2020).
Customer satisfaction plays crucial role, so it is essential to organize facilities like entertainment,
décor, promotional material, catering, equipment, transportation, special guests in more efficient
way. Successful event planning include activities like selection and reservation of event sites,
budgeting, development of theme, management of risk, acquiring permits and more. The aim of
this report is to gain an insight into the concept of event planning and management with the help
of application of these activities within a company.
Report is conducted on Luxury Bespoke Events, this entity is offering their services as a
leading event design and production companies within London provinces (LUXURY BESPOKE
EVENTS. 2020). Respective entity is offering their customers with highly experienced services
by producing as well as designing spectacular private and corporate parties. Report include
formative discussions upon various range of corporate focused events, differentiation between
leisure and corporate events, different criteria as to determine audience for new corporate event
and plan for corporate event. Lastly this report also includes formative set of procedures that are
undertaken for planning as well as promotion of corporate event.

P1 Different types of corporate focused events
Corporate focused event is defined as those functions that mainly include value,
professionalism and safety when an event gets organized within organisation. Different types of
corporate events that are being further elaborated below:
Sales meeting:
Sales meeting is basically undertaken that mainly revolves around discussions that takes
place for services and products’ matters. It has been evaluated that this form of meetings takes
