Introduction
The following assignment is a project charter document developed for implying the
management of the successive work development. The project selected for the study is implied
for developing the alignment of the factors and formation of the successive work completion.
The topic of the project is Music Festival in England. The event would be supported by the
utilization of the information and the alignment of the successive integration works. The
information alignment would be supported by the formation of the effective information
development for the progress of the event.
The assignment is a project charter document aligning the information development to be
shared with the stakeholders of the project. The event is a music festival aligning the formation
development of the live music showcase. The event would involve the inclusion of number of
artists performing day and night for the audiences. The documentation is a document that allows

The project is an event that has been traditional held in London, UK every year for
raising money to help the needy and allow many artists for gaining recognition. The project
would be effectively managed with the consideration for the involvement of the improved
innovation and development. The event would celebrate the festivals of music by providing
many artists with a platform for showcasing their talents. However, the event would help in
executing the performances of many artists and the supportive involvement of the activities. The
event would involve the raising of money from the tickets for supporting needy people.
