Introduction
The following assignment is a project charter document developed for implying the
management of the successive work development. The project selected for the study is implied
for developing the alignment of the factors and formation of the successive work completion.
The topic of the project is Music Festival in England. The event would be supported by the
utilization of the information and the alignment of the successive integration works. The
information alignment would be supported by the formation of the effective information
development for the progress of the event.
The assignment is a project charter document aligning the information development to be
shared with the stakeholders of the project. The event is a music festival aligning the formation
development of the live music showcase. The event would involve the inclusion of number of

raising money to help the needy and allow many artists for gaining recognition. The project
