The business idea which is being initiated in this report is of a clothing business. The
business is named as Trend Apparels and will be manufacturing and producing fashionable

clothing pieces while also taking into account the comfort factor which is also important from
the point of view of the target customers. The business has aimed at both fashion and comfort to
be aligned together in their clothing line keeping in mind the current trends and preferences if the
customer market (Geranian, 2022). The value proposition of the business stands as comfort and
style go hand in hand. Trend Apparels believes in trends with comfort.
The key activities which will take place in the business will be of searching for the best fabric,
drawing upon the market trending designs and fashionable pieces. Then initiate the
manufacturing and production of those pieces to the final step of selling them on the company
store and website (Banďouch, 2019).The business has aimed to commence the operations in the
year end of 2022 and has aimed for a profit of at least 30% of its costings in the first 6 months of
its commencement. The objectives stand to be at profit earning of 50% after the business
completes one year in the market and to gain at least 15% of market share within 1-2 years of its
commencement in the industry.

The business has aimed to offer trendy apparel clothing pieces with he mix of comfort to
its customers providing them style and comfort both in the same merchandise. The idea of this
business was created from the problem situations that the owner faced and assessed in their own
lives and even observed to be general in the market. It stood to be a major issue for many
individuals who wanted comfort in their clothings as an essential but went on to compromise it
for the purpose of wearing trendy clothing pieces.
1.2 How is the business adding value to its potential customers?
The business idea has been enabled to provide the targeted customers with diverse kinds
of clothing varieties with the availability of comfort in all the pieces produced (Dhraief,
2018). The concept of comfort has been found to be the major value addition to the
range of target customers that the business has aimed for. Comfort with trend stands to
be the value proposition which has been evaluated to benefit the business in its

McQueen. These companies are manufacturing pieces which are in the current trends
and are fashionable as well. But the issue with these brands which Trend Apparels
picked upon was to provide for comfort and joyful feeling to individuals who choose to
wear the clothes of the bsuienss ( Reynoso 2019).

who are providing comfort too with trends, it has been observed that the target customer for the
industry ranges all from youth to the old age individuals but especially for such industries which
are providing even comfort with fashion, have the office goers and aged customers in their target
(Corry and et.al., 2020). With the analysis of the buying patterns, it has been observed that
Christmas and new year holidays are the most peak times for the customers to purchase the
clothing items. Whereas providing sales as an alternative is also a factor which influence the
buying behaviour of customers.

organisation over the market. These may be the dedication and motivation of all

businesses. Identifying and analysing the unique selling proposition of business adds a
more in the strengths of company. Providing comfort side by side with the trendy and

The raw materials for Trendy Apparels will be occupied from an established
sourcing company which is established in the suburbs of London, UK. It has been sourced at a
reasonable price point which enables business to add on enough margin for generating profits for
the business. The products will be distributed from one physical store which has been initiated
and the online presence which the business has built on to start with. Trend Apparels has
partnered with a radio channels and one promotional agency which will be assisting it in the
initial promotions of the business to make more and more customers aware about it (Bin Nasir,
2019).
HUMAN RESOURCE PLANNING:
The owner of the bsuienss, Jack Jones is a Harvard business graduate with a
specialisation in marketing and financing. The human resource of the business in the form of
operational and management team has a group of 5 individuals who are all business school
graduates and experts in their respective field.
LEGAL AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
The lea gal regulations which have been followed by the business are the procurement of
the essential licenses which were necessary for this business to stat. The owner has also gured a
lawyer for the business who will assists the business with relation to all the regulatory
requirements.
RISKS AND CHALLENGES:
The risks and challenges stand to be the already captured market which poses a
challenging situation for the business as it states that the bsuienss will require to put extra and
effective efforts towards holding a place which is permanent for the business. The risks for the
bsuienss involve the credit amount that the business plans to take from the loan for the purpose
of financing the manufacturing and production activities of the firm (Banďouch, 2019).
FINANCE:
The finance required for the business is £30000. the owner plans to finance £20000 from
self owned funds and is using bank loan financing for the rest £10000. The loan from the bank
will be given at the interest rate of 5% half yearly. It is to be repaid in nect 2 years of the
business commencement.
