The center is very unique in a way that it encourages use of sustainable materials for décor and deploys sustainable practices during the events. The center has been built across a large area, imbibed with next generation technology. In my opinion, the use of sea water for heating and cooling purpose at the center is the most valuable aspect as it saves huge amount of pure water which could be used for drinking purposes. Another valuable aspect for the center is environmental sustainability.
