completion of the project. Completion of any kind of project incurs implementation of project

of the Customer with respect to the Fifa 18 world cup tournament. This report also provides the
implementation of Critical to Customer Requirements in the processing of the completion of the
Fifa 18 world cup tournament. This report helps in understanding the implementation of project
management in the course of completion of Critical to Quality parameters for proper execution
of the Fifa 18 world cup tournament. This report also provides the requirement for
implementation of lean project management for completion of the Fifa 18 world cup project
completion. This report provides functioning of PMBOK, PRINCE2, Organizational Project
Management Agile Practices and Lean Six Sigma for completion of the lean project management
of the Fifa 18 world cup. This project will also provide the detailing that will be required for the

Voice of the Customer states that Voice of Customer is one of the major prospect of

dependent on the viewership aspect of the people who acts as the major aspect of the completion
of the project with highest efficiency. As the entire project is completely dependent on the
response of the global audience it gets more important as the data management of the audience is
one of the most important aspect of data management. Entire revenue that is estimated by the
investors of the tournament is completely dependent on the endorsement and the revenue that
will be collected by the audience that visits for enjoying their time. In this case the data
management of the processing is conducted with the proclamation of the visitors that visits the
organizing country and stay there. Anther a major reason of providing the importance of the
project is that the tourism department of the country. The entire economic condition of the
country is dependent on the tourism and the invaders and tourists that will be visiting the country
for the proclamation of the Fifa World Cup 2018. In case proper attention is not given to the
viewers of the Fifa World Cup 2018, entire profit that is to be earned by the organizing
committee as well as the organizing committee gets hampered and this is the sole reason that the
viewers are given higher priority.
Critical to Customer Requirements states that the need of fulfilling the requirements of

aspect of the Critical to Customer Requirement terminology and in case the cost that is incurred
in maintenance of their day to day life gets very high it acts as a major difficulty in the
processing of the lifestyle of the new visitors of the country. This is also one of the main reason
that decides the popularity of the country that is organizing the Fifa world cup 2018. In case the
tickets of the tournament is very high, it gets difficult for the visitors to watch the tournament
and the number of viewers decreases in a drastic rate and with this decrease the major event that
