In today's world, people are more concerned about the
quality of products they consume. They believe in proper
evaluation and researches before utilizing any product. People
conducts researches in order to estimate the benefits of that
product. For conducting research I have evaluated the people of
Malta. After this research they are now aware about cosmetic
products and their benefits. Because of the usage of cosmetic
beauty products most people have faced skin related issues and
problems. This issue gave opportunity to Indiherbs to develop
herbal beauty products. The company is benefited by doing so
as when herbal products are offered in Malta city they will
generate high profits for the company. For this purpose I have
conducted an research analysis to collect data relevant to this
concept on the basis of my own search. I have taken data from
various books, articles, journals where views and ideas of
different authors are given that help in developing a effective
business plan. Moreover, I have conducted feasibility research
and took help of business model for implementing innovative
herbal products in the marketplace.
This main reason for choosing this research project i.e.
business plan on importing Ayurvedic products from India and
starting a retail store in Malta which do sales and distribution of
the same on the Maltese market is to understand the concept of
Ayurvedic products and how they benefit both employees and
customers of Indiherbs. By this research, I have also identified
the factors by which company can produce and launch its
Ayurvedic products in market. From the past records based on
cosmetic industry and experience and demands of customers, I
have concluded that cosmetic users of Malta are facing skin
problems and irritation. This gave scope for the establishment
of herbal beauty products at market place. Because of increase
in skin problems by usage of artificial beauty products, it has
given an opportunity to Indiherbs for introducing its business in

the field of Ayurvedic products in marketplace of Malta. Malta
is a capital city and this location offers a large range of
transportation, infrastructure facilities and raw materials that
are necessary
for making the Ayurvedic products of Indiherbs. In this
research I have formulated a business development report
which includes brief introduction of chosen company and its
mission and vision. Additionally, in terms of project feasibility,
research is defined in terms of industry in which Indiherbs
conducts its business. I have generated scope for estimating
future advantages of this organisation by serving Ayurvedic
products. In accordance with business model, I have given
information that includes theoretical framework and strategic
plan for the chosen company. It aids the company in attaining
high competition in market. In the end of this report I have
given a business plan that depicts insight of potential risk,
opportunities, viability and estimated budget for manufacturing
and launching Ayurvedic beauty products at Malta. Therefore
all these steps helped me in making an effective business plan
that shows ways by which Indiherbs will execute innovative
ideas in launching Ayurvedic product business. In near future,
this business proposal would directly aid in reaching to new
heights for a real purpose. I have found that Indiherbs might
become an attractive brand at Malta In near future due to its
organic and ayurvedic products and services.

Models like business CANVAS model has been used to
identify the reliability feasibility of business proposal. Another
model with has been used five forces model in order to evaluate
the competitiveness of ayurvedic products at Malta. Both of
these two models has helped in examining the benefits and
risks that are present in the market. There were many reasons
behind why I chose these models. First and the vital most factor
to use a business Canvas model is that a business proposal
cannot be built without Canvas model. I found out that Canvas
model basically shows all the key partners activities operations

Canvas model in order to become much more successful within
the market. I found out that, with the help of this kind of model

porter’s five forces model then it can be said that this model
has fitted the position for this proposal and has helped in
finding out the best solutions for Risks which were involved
while starting up Indiherbs. This is why these two models has
been chosen under this proposal. But in some cases I got
confused because a few factors of these models were a bit hard
to understand and impacted negatively on my own performance
while developing this business proposal. This made the whole
research go longer than it was expected. Along with this, these
two models also enhanced my knowledge towards the business
cases which may help me in near future to execute new plans. I
am also chosen these two models because most of other
students have also been used these type of models in order to
develop an attractive business proposal. My lecture has also
suggested for the same and the module which was provided for
this present proposal has also considered these two models to
use in order to examine every single factor which is related to
or connected to real business. There are Many benefits and
importance that I found out of Canvas model and these are: it is
simple to use, different and unique from other related models,
universal and intuitive. Lastly, its importance is that it could
help a company in covering the practical’s with consultants and
an actionable Model which could be used in both existing
business or at the Time of staring a new business.
Whether It is an established business or just getting started, a
business model canvas is an amazing tool to help in reaching to
the goals and objectives. It provides with a one page document
that cuts out the fluff lays everything out right in front. Along
with this it has been found out that, It’s easily editable so as
business changes A company like Indiherbs can change Its

The research report has provided me an opportunity to conduct
research which added in my existing level of knowledge. While
conducting research, I came to know about various factors that
affects a new entrant in the market. These elements and factors
cannot be ignored and there importance should be assessed
before launching a new product. Further, in order to launch a
product specially related to skin problems, there has to be some
sort of diseases or issues that people of a particular country has
been facing from a long time. Also, the preferences and choices
of consumers should be studied inner collaborated way to
assess the exact requirement of people living in a particular
region. Furthermore, an assessment of existing businesses that
might possess threats and become tough competition in future.
The success of a new venture depends highly on the quality of
product that will be produced and sold. This should be such
goods that persists the highest value and satisfy the customers
demands. Furthermore, a suitable price should be fixed that the
target customer are willing to pay for the product. There should
not be any compromise with ingredients to be used in cosmetic
products. Also, the content of chemicals should be as per the
standards given by the government regarding herbal products.
All cosmetic items must undergo prescribed tests in order to
determine suitability and allergic elements that might affect the
brand image of product and company. Moreover, location of
business establishment is one of the major criteria which is
responsible for the success of business. It should be easily
approachable and surrounded by crowd so that company can
attract huge number of customers that may give a try to use
products of Indiherbs. There should be a bunch of people who
are talented, skilled and possess adequate knowledge and
qualification which can be applied to make products even better
and increase it sales. Experts should also be there to who

Learning is a continuous activity which expand the level of
knowledge which can be applied in resolving the real life
problems including business difficulties. This project has been
interesting as well as critical because of the level of accuracy
which needed to be put for conducting research. This report has
helped me to understand the amount of efforts that are put for
launching a new product and survive in the competitive market.
Various research, surveys, evaluation and analysis of market
constituents were done before sleeping with the establishment
of a business venture. The knowledge and skills of mine such
as analytical, presentation, communication etc. Apply together
information and data that can help in in preparing a report to be
presented to investors for their funds. There should be
sufficient resources in the form of employees, land, capital and
machineries which should be allocated in the right way. The
MBA program for which I have enrolled, has provided me
expert and professional knowledge which can be used to the
best for making the product successful. All the concepts,
theories and models were tot during the course. All of these

launched. Cosmetics products user a very particular about the
components that mixed for making then. Small amount of

positive changes in their life, it can be said that Ayurveda
products helps in Reducing stress, depression and anxiety in
human beings which also result in removing physical and
mental stress. The Ayurvedic product also helps in controlling
and improving diabetes and blood pressure. Main motive of
products of Ayurveda is that it maintain the overall balance
(internally & externally) in human body which helps in
improving the entire body. The mental balance helps in
improving or increasing the level of concentration. Ayurvedic
products is a long term approach for boosting up the energy
level because an individual can do various things at a time so it
is a very good thing for boosting up the energy. If it is critically

problem face at the time of undertaking this research was cost
assumptions because of the changing environment and due to
Brexit. This affected the overall performance level in specific

decisions related to time with the help of Time management
skills. At the time of developing the proposal I also realise that
there are various skills which are required by me in order to
accomplish a task in specific time frame and these are writing
skills former decision making, more comprehensive
communication skills and interpersonal skills as well. I was
also unable to find the relative information related to Ayurvedic
products in in European Nations and this also affected the time
frame of conducting business proposal in specific time time.

The idea to launch ayurvedic products in Malta was to help
people curing skin diseases or issues by expanding the business
and increase sales and profitability. I have conducted this
research in a very professional manner by applying models and
theories which are best of my knowledge and will provide
reliable report. One of the most important skills that I have to
learnt is presentation skills. I started this research in an
informal way which was changed into a formal way when and
all the data were arranged in a systematic way. I tried to
covered almost every possible aspect which can be included in
the report. The reason behind preparing such a report was the
need to present it before the investors to enable them to make
informed decisions. The important information were recorded
and made part of the report along with this, additional and
supplemental data, graphs and charts were included to present
the matter in practical way. Furthermore, my communication
skill got better as I had to contact with huge number of
customers of cosmetic products to collect their valuable
perception about herbal beauty products. I also had meetings
with suppliers, logistics, government and local people. In
switch gatherings, many questions work put before me from the
ancient parties do you know about my product and contribution
to economy of Malta. I came to know that people of Malta are
very hard working, however, they have deficiency in adequate
knowledge and skills. To which I have decided to engage then
in production work. This will help them on for their families

and also work ritual give them an exposure to market.
Furthermore, the success of business also depends upon
leadership skill and style followed in the organization. Good
leader is vital for encouraging employees to work in a
structured and systematic way by accomplishing their
individual as well as organizational goals. They are different
types of leadership theories that can be applied to a number of
situations. One of the most suitable theory should be adopted
by leader to get the maximum results. Furthermore, risk is an
important factor which cannot be ignored and it must be
included throughout the business. Number of techniques must
be used to determine the level of riskiness. This project has
developed a tendency to address and amend the business
operations along with policies and procedures during such

said that there were many cases came in front which affected
