They can also work as the treasurers of the work organizations. The financial managers have the rights to prepare the balance sheets and income statements for the organizations which is a very exciting job indeed. It is also the duty of the finance managers to provide the cash receipts and disbursements for the organization (Drucker, 2012).Thus they can understand the flow of the economy on a global basis indeed. These are the exciting facts about the occupation of a finance manager. Some issues or challenges have been faced in this regard as well. The finance managers will have to keep notice all the things that are taking place in the global economic perspective. Some of the challenges that the financial managers face in this competitive business environment are to make the proper record keeping and financial reporting (Brigham & Ehrhardt, 2013).If they cannot maintain the proper record keeping they will face certain problems indeed. I will have to work harder to meet all these admission requirements indeed. As for the first career option of a finance manager, I have not scored good grades in my science subjects in my penultimate semester. This is why I will have to work harder to achieve my objectives. I must also join some class assessments to improve my academic performance indeed. This will surely to go ahead and perform at the best level. The various class assessments like TypeFocus and Career Cruising will help me in many ways indeed. These ways will probably help me to achieve my objective of becoming either a finance manager or a software engineer. When I will be on my way to achieve my dreams by being a successful finance manager or a software engineer I might face several problems as well. There are many stresses or conflicts that I might face in order to achieve my objectives of becoming a successful professional. I might face several communication problems with my seniors and my teachers. I will surely have to cope up with them by communicating with them verbally and non-verbally as well. I should build a good relationship with my managers that will ease the differences to a great extent. Other than that I have to get over the fear for my seniors. I have to keep in mind that they are only my seniors and I have to respect them and not fear them. These things will surely help me to achieve the best standards in my profession. I should clearly judge the best things for the improvement in my profession. Thus I will be successful by coping up with these stresses and conflicts.

The better education will provide me with the insights into the things for the betterment of my career. If I afford the best education from the best institutions for the advancements in my career, I will be highly benefitted. My personal relationships can make a matter in the progress of my career because I might not get the ample time to complete my studies within the given time and score good marks. This might stop me from meeting the admission requirements. If I want to get the jobs of software engineer or financial manager in big corporate organizations, governments or bank I must fulfill the criterion as well. I have to manage my duty hours and maintain a good work-life balance. This will be very useful for me to lead a good and successful life in terms of my profession and family life.
