The main aim of this paper is to analyze the financial and non-financial position of the
company for the external and internal investors. Wesfarmers has been taken into consideration to
evaluate the financial position. Wesfarmers is a supermarket chain in Australia that operates the
business in supplying the household and consumer goods such as beauty products, pet food,
household and the others. It also operates in New Zealand with the 220000 number of
employees. According to financial analysis, the financial performance of the company has been
improved and its market position is also good. The investors have the opportunity to invest in the
organization as it offers the good amount of return to shareholders.
