Selection of most specific test would assist in ensuring the validityof test. The tests includes field based tests that are practical to do. For Jackie's fitness testoutdoor test were carried out that reflects field tests (Pyne and et.al., 2005). Other factorsincluding age and sex can be relevant in case components like maximal strength are being tested.However such depends on status of training of the one engaged. Another kind of test islaboratory based tests that offer higher level of validity and reliability as the variables affectingcan be controlled under particular testing conditions.
