INTRODUCTION
Business plan refers to a business document which consist important information related to
business like activities of business, its objectives and plan of company for purpose of attainment
of their goals (DeNoble and Zoller, 2017). This project report includes new business ideas that is
Flash Food that is based on Robo-based restaurant services. This project report includes
overview of macro environment and market and industry analysis. It also includes competitors
analysis for identification of competitors and operational plan of company.

Flash Food is one of organisation which is offering healthy and tasty food to their customers
which is good for health of people. It is providing their services through robot in order to avoid
physical touch in their organisation and also to control spread of diseases in business (Frederick,
2021). In UK, people are facing difficulties for siding out healthy food with good taste but they
have fear of pandemic. In order to solve this problem, Flash Food is providing solution to
problem of customers by avoiding physical touch in their restaurants. This product is also
adopting sustainable practices in their organisation as it does not provide harm to customers and
environment. It is also serving customers in plant leafs instead of ceramic plates.
Macro environment overview
It is essential for managers of Flash Food to identify these factors and develop strategies which
