2021). By conducting this practice and considering the procedure, HR manager obtain
unpredictable benefits. They gained competitive advantages in bulk and also achieve set
objectives of a company that tend to sustain for longer in the specific industry. The process of
managing human resource play vital role in an organizational success and growth in the
corporate world. It driven the attention of HR management toward developing strategic
approaches and tactics that they plan to implement in practical manner. In the corporate world
that are different form of approaches and techniques available that used by HR department in
order to manage human resource systemically and appropriately, because of business
sustainability in the market. The current assignment will be based on specific question and that is
flexible working practices are beneficial for employees as they have maximized work life
balance, and employment chances. Furthermore, the study will also specify reinforced
inclusiveness of each employee.
In a company, management is accountable to conduct several activities and take right
decision that provide benefit to each stakeholder, whether they are employees, owners, suppliers,
etc. Flexible working practice is one of those decisions that high authority and human resource
management in an organization may take for purpose of implementing the same practice in
practical manner (Alena, 2021). As it may provide a lot of benefits to workers in term of
increasing work life balance. It can be said that in previous years, traditional form of
employment policies and practices applied in the workplace that put direct impact on
performance and efficiency of employees. They are accountable to put all of their efforts in form
of doing full time jobs, which lead to decrease their efficiency and become the reason behind
emerging health issues, either mental or physical. With traditional type of employment, most of
the companies may face the worst situations in form of high employee turnover (Amirul and
et.al., 2021). Just because of this reason, individual organization in the recent time, tend to shift
from existing forms of employment to new one and that is flexible working practice. They may
take major steps ahead toward shifting and adopting flexible employment situations that may put
positive impact on success and growth of employees who are putting all their efforts to achieve
the key aim of a company, where they perform and fulfil their roles.

action in term of providing unpredictable benefit to employees. By taking this action,
management may directly or indirectly contribute to increase organizational performance. As
when a company provides flexible working hours once in a week to their candidates it may
enable them to make themselves stress free, which in turn lead to provide opportunity such as
work life and personal life management. In today's eras, individual person, especially working
individuals are facing major issues in their lives, due to inappropriate balance professional and
personal life. In that case flexible employment conditions is the best source that aid to overcome
the problems faced by individuals in the workplace. As it enable them to accomplish daily task
or project on time and then leave the place where they work on daily basis.
On contrary note, Liu, Liu and Jiang, (2022) stated that flexible working practice in the
firms, in turn provide employees benefit to grab the best employment opportunity as they get
chance to select one of those companies where this form of practice has been conducted in the
business, by the management.
The main reason behind the procedure of shifting from traditional employment practice
toward flexible working condition is employee retention. As each company in the current
situation when competition level between companies may increase daily, effort to retain
employees which is quite essential for them to do that appropriately. Flexible working hours or
condition is the best technique that they used to reach desire result. There are different forms of
factors exist in the corporate world that directly influence current form of change such as
switching process in varied manners. For example, neoliberal policies are considered as external
factors that may contribute to make flexible employment condition much effective than ever. As
each policy is used to market oriented restructure policies such as eliminate price controls, lower
trade challenges, and deregulate capital market. It may support to enhance working of free
market economy and effort to place certain limits on governmental bodies spending, regulation,
policy and public ownership. Neo-liberal policy may associate with strategic leadership of
Margaret thatcher prime minister of the United Kingdom and leader of conservative community,
and other high authorities. Another factor that put direct influence on flexible working condition
in positive manner and that de-regulation of labour market, which defined as process of reducing
government power in a specific sector, mostly enacted to develop more competition within
industries.

Due to this factor, companies may drive their attention toward taking initiative and
approaches to arrange everything according to flexible working concept, which is important for
them to implement in the workplace, regarding existing and new candidates. The aim of
deregulation tactic is to eliminate institutions of labour market policies and legislations as well as
reduction related to legal intervention in relation between workers and employers. This factor put
effective impact on current practice that firms tend to implement in practical manner in order to

organizations to take strategic actions in form of flexible working practice implementation in the

public or private. It also provides chance to manage the professional activities of each candidate

These working arrangements may help workers to improve their mental condition due to
the stress and pressure that may be created in the current working environment. It may help in
reducing the risk of mental diseases which may usually arise due to the stress taken by workers
under rigid working environments. It may have a positive impact on the decision making ability
of these individuals for their overall development. A flexible working schedule may help
workers to utilize the time available with them productively and do the things they are not able to
achieve under the time constraints. It may have a positive impact in the approach of the workers
towards the work as they may be satisfied with the organization and may contribute towards the
organizational objects effectively (Marx, Reimann and Diewald, 2021). With the help of flexible
working hours, workers may be able to improve their performance which may help them in
getting appraisals and promotions. It may be a better idea for organizations to retain high quality
candidates by providing a flexible work environment to them in order to achieve success in the
industry. As the workers may be satisfied by the efforts of their organization they may stay
faithful towards their organization. The workers may be able to enhance their morale which may
be resourceful for them in order to increase their commitment towards the organizational tasks
and duties. It may help the employees to develop better time management skills in order to
complete their daily tasks quickly.
By summing up above discussion, it has been summarized that companies by switching
from traditional employment approaches to flexible employment conditions has enhanced
employees performance level and productivity as well. Management has gained the attention of
skilled people and retained existing workers by considering the similar strategic approach into
their consideration. They had provided individuals chance to appropriately and successfully
balanced their personal life with professional career growth that they tend to continue. Moreover,
from above analysis, it has been identified that the consideration of neoliberal policies and de-
regulation of market as strategic terms enable human resource management to enhance the
effectiveness of flexible employment condition that in the recent time individual worker prefer to
