This eliminates all those traditional rigid working hours and give freedom to the employees regarding their jobs. This will give an opportunity to the company to select the best alternative by identifying and evaluating the ideas which has been presented in front of them.
Role of human resource manager in promoting diversity and inclusion- It is the duty of human resource manager to take necessary measure to adopt the diversity and inclusion at work place. HR make it possible to connect each employees by maintaining a good communication among them. At the time of need he organize one on one meetings for the workers to get the relevant information about the performance of the employees and any issue which they confronting in the company.
