Executive Summary
The project is based upon the accounting system of Adam & Co., which includes three
impactful procedures. The procedures include the factors like cash disbursement, payroll and the
purchase procedure that results in the cash flow within the organization. The flowchart of the
organization reflects the workflow of the organization. The flowchart depicts all the
organizational inputs and outputs of different departments. It is also helpful for the organization
to form future departmental operations and work.
This project depicts all the departmental process along will the inter side controlling
procedures. This project aims to determine the emerging issues in the various departments within
the organization. Therefore, by determining and identifying the weaknesses of various depart it
allows the organization to deal with the issues and come up with the solutions for the issues. The
solution of the issues will allow the organization to reduce its risk along with the weaknesses or
any uncertain and future issues within the organization.

Introduction
An organization needs to keep a proper record regarding the consistency of their data
along with the process of the flow. The reason behind this is due to the wide range of diversity
within the accounting system of the organization. For every organization, it is very important to
have appropriate subjective for the different departments. This will allow the higher authorities
of the organization to decide on the operations of the organizations.
In this project, we will be described the various objectives of their different task which
took place in Adam & Co. this company is a wholesaler, who supplies the goods. They deal in
the international level. They receive demand from various countries like Vietnam, Thailand and
China. They get most of the demand from the Asian countries. Therefore, the organizational
expenditure system is dependent on the processing of the different departments of the
organization. The major department includes a cash disbursement system, purchase system and
the payroll system.
