 How fluids are balanced
 Sodium is one of the electrolytes found in the bodily
fluid. Electrolytes help with transmitting nerve
impulses and maintaining proper muscle actions.
 As the electrolytes are dissolved within the body
fluids, the body's fluid balance and
electrolyte balance are closely intertwined.

Conclusion
 Fluid balance checklist is one of the processes which
is being digitized nowadays.
 The healthcare facilities are being lenient about
teaching them regarding the process.
 The plan of educating those nursing professionals
regarding the process of fluid uptake and for that the
theory of constructivism was chosen.
