measures that must be implemented by
a facilities manager in a given context
• Legislative policies and social policies are needed to
govern any sector in the country. Health, safety and
environmental measures have also been facilitated by
legislative policies in many ways.
• Health and social care act 2012 gives various rules and
regulations that are needed to be followed for the service
providers and the users of the health and social care
sector. It not only provides various guidelines to be
followed but also facilitates operations management and
provides reforms related to workers involved in the health
and social care centers.

• Developing institutional safety and compliance programs
as well as managers with implementation.

documented then there will be no proof that it was carried out or
completed. System documenting provides proof that systems are in
place but understanding and reviewing of the documenting process
renders modifications in the system and achieve goals of management
system.
