• Facility manager should ensures the safety, environment and health
as per the UK laws and regulations of their customers that are
staying in their hotel.
• He should have all the required papers, license and certificates to
ensure the UK government that they are capable of running a hotel
facility in the industry.
• Facilities provided to their customers should be free from all the
insecurities like fire, health and hygiene of them.

hotel in a given time interval to check that the system is working
smoothly.
• Proper certifications and licensing should be done by the facility
