INTRODUCTION
The report has opted the Nora cafe for the assessment of the management practice by
using the performance techniques. The report has also focused on the implementation plan of the
cafe Nora for increasing the alternatives of the management. The report has used the suitable
management plan and the recommendation which help the management practice as well as also
help in monitoring the implementation plan. The food safety is the first priority of the Nora cafe
and the management practice of the cafe has set as per the guidelines of the food safety
management (Samson and et. al., 2020).
MAIN BODY
Describe the assessment practice which used the range of performance techniques
The management practice is the set of process which is used by the business organisation
for increasing the profitability of the organisation. The management practice increase the
optimum utilisation of the work by the employees. The management practice help the Nora cafe
in improving their productivity by increasing the efficiency of the staff. The Nora cafe has used
the management practice in terms of the new technology and the training. The performance
review for accessing the management practice are given as below:
Self evaluation: The self evaluation is the performance review techniques which
measures the performance of the analysis of the self evaluation. This practice increase the
outcomes and the goals of the organisation by focusing on the work of the individual. The self e
valuation increase the performance of the employees by conducting the group discussion. The
performance re view technique through the self evaluation help the cafe to understand the gap of
the judging way. This process help the employees to understand the judging methods of the high
supervisor in order to understand their performance. The self evaluation process help the Nora
cafe to understand the reason of the low performance of their employees so that they can work
on increasing the confidence level of the employees (Donthu and et. al., 2021). The self
evaluation is highly subjective which is the demerit of the performance review techniques. The
self evaluation do not help the organisation to judge their performance in the efficient way. The
Nora cafe has used the self evaluation for creating the link between employees and the
supervisor so that the employees can match their performance opinion to the supervisor' opinion.
