In present scenario, it is verycrucial for business concerns that are working within food industry to identify addition to controlthe hazards so that fresh and healthy food is supplied to end consumers. For gaining moreknowledge about food safety management, Taco Bell is chosen which is one of the leading,popular as well as successful fast food restaurant chain that serves tasty food dishes includingburritos, nachos, tacos and have wide range of other items in its menu (Taco Bell. 2019.). Thepresent report discusses about distinct food supply chain approaches along with principles relatedto effective procurement as well as sourcing processes. It further involve different analyticaltools, management practices and ethical practices along with the impacts on overall businesssuccess. In addition, the report also includes improvement plan with valid recommendations andjustification so to improve performance of concerned business.TASK 1P1. Different approaches of food supply chain.Food supply chain addition to food system involves set of actions through which fooditems are taken from agricultural lands and ends up on tabular array in front of key customers.
