INTRODUCTION
This report is based on the UK restaurant which establish vegan and healthy food for
their customers which give positive impact on their health. The clove club is the UK one of the
most famous restaurant which deliver the best quality services among the customers. The clove
club using different techniques which can improves the overall performance of the business. The
respective organisation develop effective management plan which is suitable solution for the
organisation (Anal and et. al., 2020). In addition to this report includes justified recommendation
which are applied for monitoring implementation plan.
MAIN BODY
Classification of management practices using scope of performance review techniques
Management practices are suitable method of working and the process by which business
operation system works and it is the best practice to improves the productivity of the business
environment. Management practise also helps organisation to utilize resources effectively which
gives positive impact on the business environment. In context of clove club management practice
plays an important role in promoting business organisation at success level. Management team of
the clove club adopted various tools and techniques which can improves the self capability of
employee which includes training and development of employee, innovation of advanced
techniques and effective communication with employee (Kong and Kueh, 2020). There are some
techniques which are adopted by the business to improves their business performance which
includes:-
360 degree feedback:- This type of techniques helps in bring improvement with the
service by analysing the review of employee performance from different sources. Other sources
report the performance of employee, managers and peers. This management techniques give
some advantages from the review and feedback by which business organisation improves their
working performance and employee get alert to alter changes. One disadvantage of this
management techniques is time taking techniques which is a delayed process. The clove club
restaurant take advantages of this management techniques by applying this and utilization this
techniques in their business environment.
