Introduction
Organisational challenges of a food service management are
those issues and problems which needs to be treated on time
by ensuring that individuals, wider in social and economic
impacts which would result of computer based information
system. The company selected for this report is Rainforest
Cafe which is a jungle themed restaurant chain founded by
Steven Schussler.

Assessment of management practices within organisation and
use of performance review techniques
Every organisation face certain management problems in the
enterprise for which some management practices has to be
carried on for working innovations and to improve
effectiveness of working system .

To resolve this problem the following management practices
which are applied by its mangers to operate in proper
manner:
Training and empowering staff
Selective hiring
Information sharing
Introducing schemes for improved quality

In order to improve performance, mangers of Rainforest cafe are
recommended to implement the following plan which would solve
the problems:
Identify the problems
Identify the causes of problem
Brainstorm the solutions
Select appropriate solution
Implement and check impact of solution

Appropriate management solutions to address shortcomings
within organisation with the use of management tools and
performance review techniques
Every manager has to work on providing new solutions with
the change in time which would help the company to work
and focus on its work effectively.

To solve some challenges which are uncertain to the cafe,
manager of Rainforest Cafe, manager is recommended to
implement the plan which is stated above. The plan suggests
some steps which would help the managers improve
performance of cafe.

Conclusion
The above project report concludes that organisational
challenges may effect the working of company and make it
face huge problems. There are some management practices
which can be applied by managers of company and work
with innovative ideas.
