MAIN BODY Assessment of the management practices within the food service operation with different range of performance review technique Management practices can be described as the practices, activities, facility, structure, procedure designed for purpose of minimisation and preventing of the pollution and other environmental damage and also it contributes for purpose of maintaining and enhancing of the existing quality of the environment. There are different types of management practices to be adopted by business managers of the Launceston Palace which is important for their organisation. It is important for the business to adopt different types of management practices in their organisation which assist them to improve the performance of business. Some of these practices to be adopted by the business Launceston Palace in their organisation are mentioned below: Training and development: It is a management practice which allow organisation to provide proper training and development opportunities to the employees. It is also important for purpose of enhancing the skills and knowledge of the employees. Engaging the workers: It is one of the best management practices to be adopted by the business which helps improve the performance of the employees. It allows employees to be focus on the work of the organisation instead of the non-productive work.
