Physical education is defined as the aspect which may show the behaviour of training which

support the sequence of physical exercise and other with the quality of planning which is made

various of aspect which is related with the academic subject that is show the characteristic
behaviour which is showing the planning, sequential K-12 curriculum that is based on the
national standard for the physical education. In this report the major of discussion is based on the
planning of 4-week training program for an athlete. The selected or chosen sport for the
planning is football. In addition, the program usually covers the 7-day plan with which include
rest day with the morning and afternoon session. The plan is well elaborated the right aspect
which may generate physical strength among the athlete.
