TASK Skill to coach Exchange shooting and warm up drill are essential skills for playing football. Warmskills gradually increase heart rate and circulation so that body can be prepared for playingintensive games or exercise while the exchange shooting drill help players score the goals. Strengths: The demonstration was effective and was given with efficiency so that learners can gainmore detailed perspective. The good leadership skills shown by the coach helps learners to work effectively as ateam. As a leader he also appreciated good performers so that others can also bemotivated. The time management is demonstrated by the leader and thus students learn to showquickness in responding which is vital for game. Weakness: The coach did not show good observation skills. He did not observe performance ofevery learner which reduces the quality of training. The coach did not take feedback from the learners thus effectiveness of output cannot beassured. The coach showed limited communication with team members which limits the quality oflearning and weakness of individual learner. In the beginning I will inform learners about the significance and techniques related toexchange shooting skills and the brief description of the equipments.
