Introduction
Business management is the function which are relevant for the growth of organisation,
these are the two main functions which are devoted to organising, analysing and planning for the
concept that is related to business operations. While having some issues in the management
system, it is important for the company to manage their all business operations (Adekola and
Sergi, 2016). All of them are work in an appropriate manner so that they could be able to
complete all their own task. For completing this assignment the chosen organisation is Luton
House residence which is a Housing association operations in Luton, United Kingdom. This
company are providing relevant support to the customer who are needed houses on some urgent
basis.
Reasons
For completing this Project, the chosen case study are related to Luton House residence
which is a Housing operating organisation based in Luton. This organisation is related to the
concept of providing appropriate assistance and support to most of vulnerable individual. Mainly
they are providing two type of housing block which are divided into General Purpose house and
Supported Housing. In General purpose of housing provided four block structure in the main
location of Luton. And each of that block have their own separate management office. On the
other hand supported housing are provided to single young people, transitional flats and two
hostels are provided in order to provide to young mothers (Baran and Galka, 2016). While
managing their own function they are facing issues related to technical, collaboration and
communication changes.
The main reason for choosing this project is to solve the basic problems which are facing
by organisation due to their daily operational activities. After having the global pandemic impact
on the society they are facing various challenges and the growth of their activities are slow
down. In order to improve their efficiency and provide support. Further choosing strategies and
their implication's benefits and dis-benefits are explained. Some of them are managing their own
department and they are not able to work in tracking and managing issues. All of them are
relatable for the growth of organisation and make competitive advantage within market.

The Luton house residence having two department and both of them are supported with
separate business functions. In general purpose housing, which are related to finance,
maintenance and customer team. While in supported housing department they are using
functional activities which are related to the general concept of many other services. In order to
present some major business options they can use weighted score-card methods. Most of the
employees are facing several issues related to remote working, internal communication, mail
issue and customer dissatisfaction (Jain and Jain, 2017). All of these are needed to make business
options and several solutions are provided. Business options are;
the organisation can use their more modifying version for email stuff, as it will help them
to manage time and solve employees issues within organisation.
Another Option that can be used by the company to avoid communication and
collaboration effectiveness which will be helpful for them to minimise their cost and
improve work effectiveness within their employees.
They can make a suitable team for operating and manage their mails which are very
important for the company to work and progress their own report in market.
They are needed to perform Office Amp a system which are relevant for the use of
appropriate mailing sequence and improve communication and collaboration system
(Johansen, 2019).
Sufficient training facilities for improving communication strategies which involve slack,
Microsoft team, Discord and Flow deck. These are reliable and appropriate to operate
their new management and communicating platform across the internal organisation.
This company can use the method to prioritise the feature and make another initiatives on
the products roadmap. With the help of framework and case study based criteria it is important
for the company to work and make best score-card on the basis of their new activities (Paschek,
Ivascu and Draghici, 2018).
Expected benefits
With the help of using appropriate model and recommendations, they can effectively
improve their condition. Which are relevant for the concept of improving situation and improve

complete all the demand which are rises by their employees. Then it would be make some

majorly on the concept of communication and collaboration system within an organisation. This
seems very important that they have to understand the concept of miscommunication and
majorly working abilities of their employees (Saeed and Zubair, 2019). These dis-benefits are
related as when they are majorly their performance and compare with past records. Then it would
be feel difficult for the company to evaluate result and able to manage their issues which are
prevailing within organisation.
Timescales
When it comes to time scale there are two type of timescales which are included project
timescale and that timescales which are realised over the benefits. Timescale is the process
which are related to the concept that help the organisation to work accordingly and manage their
activities within the specified time (Su and et.al., 2017). These timescale are the deadline for the
company as it will show the outcome and at the end it show the profit and loss of the company's
changes within organisation.
In order to make project related timescale, it is assumed that all the strategies which are
mainly based on employee's issue, communication and collaboration, then it rarely take 5
months. As it would be helpful for the company to assigned all employees effectively and
provide them relevant training. As these practices are helpful and make sure about

After making an approval and consideration of the objective which are relevant for the
growth of organisation. It is important to note that all of strategies and their impact on the
organisational will be very effective but may not get the benefit for short term growth. So
these strategies which make long term impact growth and benefits of different strategies.
This may get an impact on the company within approximately 1 year, which are actually
relevant for the concept and accept the profit and make a growth within market with high
intend.
These cost and timescale are the appropriate which are helpful and consider for the
growth and making solution within organisation. It seems more effective and appropriate when
the company manager are ready to work and complete their assigned task within the given
timescale.

Cost of the project is relevant for the concept which enhance the growth and make
reliable approach within organisation. For completing this project there are mainly two type of
cost which seems effective and cost oriented organisation. That are project cost and ongoing
operations which are helpful in maintaining cost which are incurred in benefits of realisation
timescale. For working in project cost, which are relevant to completing project is near about
£5000. This will be helpful in collecting monetary cover which are actually relevant to
completing the all business transaction related to buying raw material to finishing up the material
within organisation (Zhang, Chen and Wei, 2020).
Further another cost which are incurred by the company is related to concept of
operational and management cost which help the company to work effectively and manage their
source in order to manage and provide sufficient work culture within organisation. The cost
which are incurred during completion of project was £2000. This cost will be very helpful and
effective as it will consist on the basis of all the activities which are related to operating and
management activities within respected organisation.

In order to complete this project I understand the concept which are related to business
management techniques and reliable sources. I develop major sources and significant approaches
which are increased my knowledge when I implement different type of models and theory to
complete this project. There are different skills and learning style which are helpful for me to
understand the concept of business management and work more effectively on the chosen case
study. All of the below skills are related for my own growth and try to make sure that I would
learn different things and approaches within my own personal level. Some of the skills are
described below:
Communication: While completing this project I developed my communication skill
which are most important and needed skill to complete this project. This seems very
important for the company and myself to work and manage my profile. In order to make
communication with all employees in written and verbal both terms. All is needed an
appropriate skills. This would be very helpful for me as in the classroom communication,
way to present my report in front of others and many more things are relevant and
supportive for my own growth and success. In order to improve my communication
strategy I used to develop different skills and practice on different theories.
Communication skill is an also an important skills as it will be effective and reliable for
some major effective strategies for my own development.
Numeracy: Numeracy is the ability where a person should be able to work in simple
numerical concept which help them to manage reliable approaches. This is basically
related to some basic calculation and values which are related to addition, multiplication,
divination and many more simple techniques. This techniques and skill are helpful for me
to understand and know more about company's performance and evaluate. I work hard
and enhance my skill for the growth of my development. This will help my calculation
more fast and also it would work on performing more better way to understand the
numeracy concept. This is relevant for the concept of understanding the nature of
numeracy in order to implement the concept of own learning.

some problem-based solution that helpful in completing project and make strategic and
right decision for completing this project.
Team management: To complete this project I has to work in an appropriate manner so
it would be more effective while working in team management. This is very important for
the company which are relevant and supportive for time management skills that are
helpful in making a team. This is important for the individual to work as a team and
applicable for the growth and improve skills. Team and time management skill help my
to analysis SWOT analysis and weighted score-card model which actually help the
individual to make sufficient decision in order to complete the growth and reliable
approaches. When it is important that team management will be effective and reliable for
the growth of my own success and measurable for some relevant approaches.
