optimal learning environment. The optimal learning environment undertakes a foundation for
academic success and personal well-being. The optimal learning environment is enabled with
an optimistic, productive school climate. It offers intellectuality, emotionally safe and
motivating classrooms that are personalized and developed by the adults and students. The
optimal learning environment is considered by caring, kind and respectful adult, adult-student
and peer associations that nurture a sense of belonging. It rises to social, academic, and
responsive skills. A belief is indicated by the optimal learning environments that can be used
by all students to attain high standards. It is also helpful in addressing the varied the need of
each learner and focuses on the equity along with the constant social, academic and
emotional advancement (De Freitas, et al. 2015).
The optimal learning environment creates emotionally, academically and substantially
safe environments. It results in the formation of positive relationships that are kind, gentle
and respectful. Self-awareness and healthy emotions can be created in the classrooms with
the help of the optimal learning environment. The growth is focused on the risk-taking
approach. The classroom design assisted by the optimal learning environment helps in safe
and engaging interactions. The classroom enabled with an optimal learning environment
offers unbiased, culturally responsive and rigorous curriculum with the instructions
(Montgomery, 2016). It is moreover relevant, demanding and grade-appropriate content. It
includes the community containing aspects of the diversity and learner variability which are
comprehended and expected. The ability of the learners with prospects and feedback is
deliberated in the environment for self-directed learning. It even creates oddity to pursuing
perspective of others. The optimal learning environment meets the requirements of different
learners. The strength of the individuals is leveraged to assist in the societal, academic and
emotional growth. There are several ways to learn and demonstrate learning (Kaplan, 2018).
The best environment is focused on student learning by the efficient practices for the
teachers and the administrators. When the students become leaders and advance within the
classrooms than it is to be in the environment which creates that. It has been realized that the
students feel unsafe due to the issues found in the classroom. In this way, an optimal learning
environment can be really effective. Mutual respect is formed between teacher and student to
make sure that there is prospect for optimal learning (Tekkumru Kisa & Stein, 2015). The
optimal learning can take place in learning environment by following conditions.

Kids are required to feel safe: It is the most significant factor for the students to succeed
with excel. The safety is not just about being safe emotionally and physically but also to
value ideas. The optimal learning environment enables such an environment that is safe to
commit mistakes and sharing thoughts. It enables us to value ideas and the ideas should not
be criticized or scorned. Such conditions help students in current classroom and in staying
well in a long time. The trust should be ostensible for such students (Machado, et al. 2018).
Students have cared as people first: A child will not be able to succeed if they are hungry.
They will even not be able to perform well if they are dealing with the tragedy in their
personal life. The optimal learning environment takes care of the children and cares about
their personal health. The students are asked about their day and asked what is important in
their life and find out what matters to them the most. The kids are required to be taught first
then the curriculum.
Opportunities for fun: If a person enjoys what he does and has a sense of humor and can
manage stress in every environment than a person can do better. It has been observed that it is
must learn at ourselves and with the students. A person does not like to work in an

environment where the work is not enjoyed by him and the kids both (Russell, 2019). The
staff is stimulated to enable students to use iPods in the classroom to not just connect with the
external world but to let students listen to music at the time they work. Music engages
students to be in the spirit which helps in performing better as it makes them attracted to the
work. Enabling students to use Ipods accountably in the class while listening to peers is a
better way to form environment for student learning (Al_Janabi, 2018).
Value to the ideas and opinions: The optimal learning environment enables students to
express crazy ideas and discuss the same. Some of the students come up with amazing ideas.
If the ideas of the students are ignored at first instance then they would never come back as
have simply ridiculed. The students are given an example of the failure of famous investors to
represent them that failure is a learning process.
Opportunities for individual learning: The kids are required to have the opportunity to
represent their comprehension in such a way that is evocative and pertinent. A single way to
learn things is not suitable for every child but differentiating learning is. The students also
undertake different lengths of time for their learning. If the students get the same level of
comprehending then they are offered the opportunity to be successful (De Freitas, et al.
2015).
Comprehend knowledge of the students and address them for further learning: The students
cannot evaluate what they are learning and the knowledge required as a solid base to move
further. The marks are not considered basis as it does not offer feedback for the growth. It is
the accountability of the students to offer strategies to enhance learning and assist them
further in the learning.
Students as a leader in the classroom: Being a leader does not mean that students are most
popular. It just reflects that they have the prospect to show leadership in the concerns they are
expert and passionate at. The teachers as per the optimal learning environment assist students
to search out where they are leaders and offer them opportunities to reveal this. The teachers
are even enabled to work widely with technology integration (Roesler & Szentes, 2017). It
has been noticed students to lead ME in this concern various times over the years. The
students also offer opportunities to the teachers to understand their way of learning. It helps
teachers to go beyond and students make sure that it happens again. The educators are
required to go discover opportunities for all students to unveil leadership in the several
concerns of the classroom (Nygren, Brounéus & Svensson, 2019).

Opportunities for all to reflect: The time should be offered to the students to evaluate their
learning and putting ideas together. It can be made possible through a journal, music, log or
art or by discussing it with others. The opportunity is significant. The students should be
realized out of the busy schedule that they are learning. The time spent at the present can
worth well if it contributes to the future. An environment should be created for the students to
engage them more and it will result in moving practices forward. The optimal learning
environment can be executed even at the homes other than the classrooms (Pownall, Kennedy
& Acquaye, 2019).
An environment is significant in the learning and development of children. It is
important for mainly two reasons; young children are in the procedure of fast brain
development and an environment has a robust role in the development of the children. The
educational goals for the 21st century are quite different from the earlier goals. The learning
procedures are more moderated now. The learning pays more attention to the skills,
knowledge and the beliefs that learners fetch to the educational framework. Everyone now
days expect more from the schools than it was earlier. A modern learning theory that has
different types of learning goals necessitates several approaches to the instruction. The
optimal learning environment enables both learning and teaching. The goal for the optimal
learning environment is to search new goals for the education which necessitates diverse
approaches to the instruction. As per the optimal learning environment, students are required
to understand current state of the knowledge and work on it. The optimal learning
environment is an effective learning environment for children. It provides instructional
frameworks through the educational constituents like curricula, instructional groupings,
teaching techniques, content development, classroom management plans, advancement of
supporting materials and more.
