and knowledge on a regular basis in week 1 to week 5. These learning skills are reflected by
using reflection model that helps in dealing in future effectively and efficiently.
REFLECTIVE REPORT
This reflective report is based on several employability skills that are very essential for

numeracy skills by attending the lectures where I have to use data and statistics. Further I
have to learned ICT skills by practicing Microsoft office software application. Therefore,
I also involved in problem solving skills in which I experienced that it is highly useful in
my personal and professional life. To learned this skills and knowledge my seniors are
highly supported but sometimes my classmates irritate me by creating confusing and
depression in my mind related to share ideas and thoughts to large audience at the time of
presenting myself. By involving in the modules I have learned several skills like
communication, problem solving ICT etc. and received theoretical knowledge related to
these concepts that helps me to confidently present myself in front of larger audience.
Reflective observation and Abstract conceptualization- - The second stage of Kolb
model is based on thoughts and feelings related to learning experience. In this it is to be
observed by me that these learning skills are very helpful in developing the employability
structure. In this I have to feel and observed that I have the issue related to public

stepping out from my comfort zone. In this time I observed that my seniors and faculty
members appreciate me to my hard work for improving skills and feel best. At the time of
