INTRODUCTION
In order to have the successful business as it is necessary to have the proper compliances
with the rules and responsibilities so that they can make the best use of several resources in order
to get the effective results in the business environment. Sustainability refers to the business
practices in which the good brand image of the company can be established by creasing the good
impact on the business environment. It helps the business to retain the large market for a longer

In the current era, it can be seen that there are various types of different approaches
which is used by the business in order to expand their business by which they can establish a
good brand image in the market. Different types of strategies helps in meeting the competitive
advantage and the higher profitability within the organisation so that they can run for the longer
period of time. There are various research has been conducted and it has been analysed that 62%
of the employees are engaged in the developing the various strategies so that they can make the
best use of their resources in getting the best results. In order to achieve the recognized goodwill
in the market, they are using the sustainable strategies (Argenti, 2017). The sustainable approach
which is used by the nay business is considered to be the set of economic, social, environmental
and social aim of the company. The stakeholder of the company are also using these strategies so
that they can comply with the business environment in order to get the long term benefits. These

days all the business enterprises are focusing on gaining the long term benefits rather than
gaining the short term benefits.
Various examples of strategies for sustainability
There are various organisation that are successfully running their operations on the basis
of following sustainability so that they can grow in the large market. Some of the organisation
and the steps taken by them is explained as follows:
Unilever and the Nestle are the big firm in the retailing industry and they both are
working with the consideration of reducing the use of carbon footprints. Nestle is
working on offering the organic product in the large market and ensuring that quality
products and be reach to their potential customers (Ashour, 2020).
Pepsi and Coca-Cola are the leading company in the beverage industry and they are
targeting the voters towards ship in order to make sure that water replenishment can be
motivated.
Nike and Adidas are the sport companies which are focusing on the sustainable
development. Nike is successfully is reducing the waste along the with the carbon
footprints as they are sustaining in the environment. Adidas is decreasing the sue of
plastic in their products so that they can make the best use of various resources and also
focusing on supply chain management.
Various auto mobile company is working towards reducing the pollution in the
environment so that they can sustain in the market by doing CRS activity. BMW and
Toyota are working towards offering the economic cars so that they can reduce the sue of
carbon footprints and work with the consideration of establishing sustainability
development in the business.
