Executive summary
Coronavirus has significant effect upon practices of HR, according to the investigation it has
been expressed that, the Covid-19 pandemic constrained HR division of every single association
to altogether centre upon "human interface". Government of countries enforced lockdown that
forced companies to make their employees work from home. This created number of challenges
that affected company and employees performance at great extent. Present report include

INTRODUCTION
Foundation of business management includes business marketing, finance strategy and
planning that assumes significant part to operate business. It is fundamental for an association to
understand importance of leadership skill, communication, collaboration, reward and motivation.
Covid-19 outbreak lead business organisations in confronting number of difficulties in their HR
activities (Cullen, Gulati and Kelly, 2020). This report includes discussions on Luton Town
Residences case study evaluation. It has been identified that, due to the outbreak of this
pandemic company forced to enforce remote working that created number of challenges. All
these challenges have been discussed in this report in Part 1. While 2 part of report include
reflective practices.
