INTRODUCTION
Foundation of information system is based on the basic components and its modification
as like software, hardware, data and networks. In this the data information is managed so that
better transformation is processed by which different variety of products is transferred to the end
users. In is a procedure that include input, output, storage, processing and activities that make
better control. The following report consist of the weekly journal that is used to record the
learning of each week and a reflective journal with the support of Kolb's learning cycle.

Reflective Observation
The key concepts and skills that I have used is based on the tale of transformation and
disruption in which the agile practice is managed and in this I have examine the global state of
digital and have also learnt that 155 billion of the public are those who are unique mobile users,
479 billion are internet users and 725 billion are active social media users. In addition I have
learned about the technology revolution that includes include internet, mobile and social
revolutions. The different information system has been used to make better evolution as it is used
to improvise the better performances and so that successful changes are implemented in effective
manner. The agile is not the technology but it is a practice so that rapid increment is adopted by
which market remain close to the customers. I have also learned about the information and
knowledge management in which different source of competitive and strategic advantage is
considerate by which effective estimation of the innovation is addressed. For example, Netflix
has emerged as a leader in the virtualisation and that is based on the success through which
effective economy is distributed. It helps to know more about the different phases under which
suitable changes are implemented within the timely basis and better knowledge about the old and
new media is contested. The business information system is also learned by me in which I have
learned about the value chain that is processed by the business and under this both primary and
secondary activities are considerate by which long term success and development is processed in
systematic manner. For example, the small and growing manufacturing company has induce
rapid growth and provide the product as per the requirement of customers that assist to make
long term sustainability.

In addition to this I have learned about the application of information system and in this I
have gained certain knowledge about the different proposal that is developed as per the demand
on infrastructural requirement in which the cost and price is being managed so as to manage the
expense. In this the vendors has uses the cloud based solutions so as to operate web service along
with the different range of solutions. I have get more mature and learned about the functional
capabilities so as to operate the functional requirement as with the parallel support of
performance measurement. The information security and privacy is also being learned by me as
in this I am able to manage the opportunities development by which future career is prepared in
effective manner. The information system as a professional also assist to gain certain knowledge
as in this successful changes is implemented with the parallel consideration of innovation by
which fast processing is processed in appropriate mode.

With the implement of concepts and learning activity that is related with the information system
leads persons to generate better experience from the engaged activities. This refers that before
