1. Introduction
The objective of the report is to focus on discussing the major issues
that are faced within an emerging organization of Australia, consistent
presence in Melbourne’s wholesale fashion industry. This fashion
industry has made a significant contribution to for nearly 20 years. Fibre
Fashion started their courier with the use of several processes,
organization has gained huge market value. However it has been
observed that with the growing needs of the customers, the fashion
industry also demands revolution. Due to improper and inefficient
process management within the organization Fibre Fashion, it has been
observed that they are unable to hold their position in the market. The
business functionalities need to be aligned properly so that it can offer
better support towards the business performance.
Fibre fashion is one of the most prominent industries and thus it is
important to ensure that all the business functionalities are aligned
effectively so that it can meet the needs of the customers and can offer
new form of fashion. The main concern of the paper is to identify the
issues that are hampering the business performance so that it becomes
easy to resolve the issues faced by the organization. It is expected that
with the use of an effective information system it will become easy to
manage the marketing and sales related operations within the
organization. Thus the report will focus on highlighting proper solution
that will be capable of meeting the needs of the current customers.
The procedures are applied and advisable in every small, medium, and
large enterprise, whenever the turnover of the business is high. They
are measured by analysing the market inconstancies, and trends of the
business series are comparable and measurable. The new kind of
economic policy changing concern of the scientific world. The growing
number of the fashion industry is rapidly emerged and mentioning the
progress in diverse sectors like IT, sports, retail, processing, textile and
garments, and other areas in the form of small to large enterprises.

Small to the medium level enlargement of the business demands the
supply chain as an indispensable part.
