INTRODUCTION Management thinker refers to the one who provides the concepts and theories about the management and leadership which helps in the planning, organizing as well as staffing. The organization which is mention in this report is Amazon,the report is based on the Management thinker who plays a key role in staffing and organizing.The current study will include one management thinker who provided the fundamental theories as well as concepts. Further, the study will include the proper concept which relates with the management thinker in the real world. MAIN BODY Identifying ONE key management thinker The key management thinker which is identified is Frederick Winslow Taylor, who was the first man in the history who provided the better observation on the systematic way of using the theories and concepts which are presented towards the management and leadership. He was known as the greatest mechanical engineer in the British America. Taylor was the one who avoided attending his studies and became a better pattern-maker as well the machinist, who gained the experiences about the hydraulic works in the pump manufacture company where the proprietors are known as the friends of the Taylor's family. Provide brief information about the life and career of chosen management thinker. Frederick Winslow Taylor has passed his entrance exam which are conducted in the Harvard college, but he failed in the test where he wanted to take a proper guidance and training about the management. Although, He left his internship of six months to represents its group to the England machine equipments which are manufactured at the Philadelphia (Jackson and Sambo, 2020). Whereas, Taylor has finished its machinists for four years and became a labourer at the machine shop which is known as the Steel works. After a several jobs and his master’s degree Taylor become a chief engineer at the mechanical engineering company. In the 1890, Taylor has become a general manager at the manufacturing investment company which helps him to grow very fast in the current changing era. He became an independent consulting engineer at the management in 1893 where he shows up his skills which are eventually management related and creating a huge impact on the Taylor's career as well. In the 1898 Taylor has joined steel company where it solves the expensive machine capacity problems. After discording from
the other managers Taylor is forced to leave the Bethlehem Steel in 1901, but he chooses as the well-known creator for creating a management methods . Explore the important work done by chosen management thinker, including theories presented. The important workwhich is done by the Fredrick Winslow Taylor was “Developed the stopwatch in a time study”. It is known as the combination of motion study methods which used as the measurement of the time and parts of its components for having monitored every part for the hundredth of minute (Kruglanski and et.al., 2022). He also known as discovering the well- known and famous study about the shovels. As he always noticed his workers with having a use of the same shovels in their all materials. After watching his workers he determined the load of the shovel is about the 21 poundswith the use of same designed materials. But he was fired from the Bethlehem company because using he was unsuccessful for using these methods which made him a failure one time. But after fired from the job Taylor convinced his workers who use the shovels and knows about the optimum of use of the shovels as he determined the elements which needed to be use in the shovels and helps to implemented his ideas. The theory which is presented by the Frederick Winslow Taylor is Scientific management theory: His theory was published in 1911, where his ideas uses for the accumulation for his all life's work and including the various examples from his places where he was employed. The principles of scientific management includes various methods which are given by the Taylor. It helps individual to analyse their work scientifically which are most effective methods for undertaking the jobs, it is also known as the best way of working in the management (Micheli and et.al., 2019). As his main purpose of developing the scientific management theory is, he wished to put away the laziness from the employee as he believed that his workers need to focussed on the work with giving the full efforts towards the task. It is having a proper consistency with the process examining such implementations which are most probably needed with the carrying out the daily work. It helps to know about the measurement of the well standard workers which are suitable for the particular job and having an exact way of completing the work on the daily basis. It also refers with the most suitable person who are ready to undertake the job will gain a productive advantage with the scientifically methods. According to Taylor everyone will have an ability to perform well into the suitable jobs which are here for helping with the growth

It basically helps with the splitting up with the tasks into many parts and different steps which will help scientifically to observing the proper behaviour of workers and the time they are taking to complete that tasks which is exceeding or precisely completing. It also helps with the viewing the performance of human labour which it is comparing with the machines for working more productive.It is appeared in the context of existence of Taylor in the Amazon warehouses and such as with the employees which is simply monitored by the better electronic for controlling and managing the target boxes which are clearly dependable on such management targets which are wisely performing in the context of proper management skill. In the office the management is using the severe set of the management which will help to arrange the psychological equipments as well as to help out with the targets where the jobs are performing by the workers in the target basis. In the similar term Amazon is using the Taylor scientific management concept which help to know about the practices which are having with the proper role of management. It helps to identify the motion control for the workers for having a proper time for preventing such issues (Reynolds and McKimm, 2021). Based on the study of motion it helps to having a measurement about the performance of the employees which is continuously monitoring by the better tools which help to know about the running tools which are measuring with the performance criteria basis. Taylor appears the principles to having a proper controlling feature in the shop floor
practices in the Amazon where it shows up the evidence of the labour division which are continuouslychangingwiththeperformanceevaluationsystem.Ithelpstoincreasethe Amazon's worker's motivation which are creating a productivity with the Amazon as well. There are numerous ways which is used to controlling the business operations which consisting with the principles of scientific management as they use it for rewarding the employees. It helps to enforce many employees to having a proper discipline controlling between them. CONCLUSION From the above study, it has been concluded that identified management thinker has been provided the theory and concept which organizations to build up the employee's engagement towards the work as well helped to make their work more effective. Further, it has been concluded the important work which is done by the Frederick Winslow Taylor to measure and monitored the worker's performances and ensure about their proper contribution towards the work. Moreover, Amazon used this scientific management which helped them to increases their staffs working capabilities as well as help to gain the competitive advantage and motivated employees towards their effective work performance.
