Introduction
Being an experienced consultant, I have been able to encounter a vast range of issues
regarding different services that I have provided to various organizations. Interestingly, the good
picture is that I have positively contributed towards the attainment of different goals and
objectives that are always set by clients (Cătoiu et al., 2016). The model of consulting that will
be offered in this proposal will be the expert model of approach. This will provide a perfect
opportunity to visit the client in order to determine the nature of the work, thereafter; the work
will be carried out with an intention of providing an efficient report of recommendations
pertaining to the whole problem that is being encountered.
Since the business has been able to encounter a serious drop in the number of customers
that it has been serving. This is a clear indication that it is not capable of meeting the
expectations of the customers through the provision of different types of products and services
that are being offered by the organization (Kim and Chang, 2016). Quite a number of
organizations have been able to find it very difficult to maintain their customers and even attract
the attention of more that tend to exist across different market platforms (Shahimi et al., 2016).
Since this is among the major problems that is faced by the client, this research proposal will
therefore take an expert approach of consultation in order to provide the client with a vast range
of strategies that can always be put into consideration in order to strengthen the bond that exists
between the organization and the customers thus attracting the attention of these customers by
becoming very competitive in terms of the products and services that are being offered (Park et
al., 2016). Different strategies will therefore be analyzed for consultation to make sure that the

best outcome is attained in terms of the organization’s performance within the local, regional and
even international markets (Engwall et al., 2016). The ability to reach out to the customers
irrespective of their distance of separation will be the major focus to help facilitate the
performance of the whole organization by making sure those appropriate and reliable products
and services are offered within the stipulated time frame (Wellin, 2016).
Value proposition
There are quite a number of objectives together with expected benefits that are associated
with this research proposal. One of the major objectives is that the research aims towards
appropriate and fundamental strategies that will be implemented by the organization that is
encountering the problem for them to be able to capture and even obtain back their clients. On
the other hand, this research proposal is also concerned with increasing the client’s
competitiveness in business for it to be able to meet the needs of different types of clients by
solving their problems in an appropriate and reliable manner (Obeidat et al., 2016). On the other
hand, one of the most fundamental objectives that is associated with this research proposal is to
provide a detailed analysis on how best the customer will be able to implement an advanced
technological application that will provide a perfect opportunity to keep in contact with the
customers at all times. Through this, it will be much easier for the customers to gain access to
different products and services that are being offered by the organization and as a result, their
attention will be shifted back to the organization (Albort-Morant and Ribeiro-Soriano, 2016). It
is also clear beyond any reasonable doubt that this research proposal will also come up with a
vast range of benefits that will put the client in a better position in order to service the needs of
its customers. One of the major benefits is that the bond between the organization and the

customers will be increased since a lot of focus will be shifted towards the kind of products and
services that will be offered to the clients depending on their needs.
Background
The structures in which consultants perform various tasks normally vary from time to
time. In as much as organizations are likely to have various employees that can be able to
perfectly implement a vast range of problem solving techniques; there are certain times when it
is essential to look for outside options most so form professionals who are likely to have with no
capability of having a vested interest in the entire outcome (MacKay and Fransham, 2016).
Currently, consulting has emerged to be a rapidly changing industry where consultancy has been
able to force different consultants to come up with adequate and reliable services that are capable
of perfectly transferring the desired knowledge through coming up with appropriate advice to
different clients. Moreover, this research proposal will focus on providing an advanced form of
consulting services. It will be of benefit for the organization to call for consultancy services for it
to be able to perfectly operate towards a reasonable direction. In this current society, nearly
every organization is working hard to be able to become very competitive by putting a lot of
focus of the type of services that are provided to their customers. According to research,
customers normally but the goods and services of a given organization depending on their
preference. Quality goods that are long lasting are among the major factors that customers
normally put into consideration before purchasing any goods or services that belongs to a
particular organization. It is therefore the mandate of every organization to be able to put a lot of
focus on the total number of customers they are likely to attract within a given market. This is
very essential since it is a fundamental factor when it comes to determining the kind of profit that
the organization will be able to make from the customers (Pina and Tether, 2016). Creating a

good relationship with customers is not an easy thing the way it might look. It really entails the
ability to be able to think critically by involving different parties within the organization
including the employees. As a result, it will require the implementation of a vast range of
strategies that will be able to capture the attention of different customers (Sheingate, 2016). This
will therefore involve a series of different types of consultancy procedures that will be carried
out under various circumstances in order to obtain an appropriate set of information that will be
used during the implementation stage.

proper guidance pertaining what should be carried out under various stages (Pimenova et al.,
2016). Moreover, the work plan will further provide a reliable guidance thus preventing the

come up with an adequate and reliable results that can be fully depended upon.

There are different types of legal considerations that the project proposal will be able to

(Dutt et al.,2016). As a result, there will be no information that will be revealed to the public

sides as a prove that everything was agreed upon
 No alteration of the project cost should be carried out after the beginning of the project
 Both parties are expected to maintain high levels of ethics to make sure that neural
conditions are set at all times

Qualifications
The whole project will be carried out by a team of qualified consultants who will carry
out various tasks based on their areas of interest. On the other hand, all the work that will be
carried out in the project will only consider individuals with a minion experience of about five
years. This will make sure that quality is given the first priority during the implementation of the
project.
