for the human resource strategic plan that has been devised and formulated carefully keeping in mind
the costs, time, and its effect on the employees as well as on the students. There exists a huge gap in
our existing operational strategy so a new one has been developed. This new strategy requires some
additional resources and training for the same for the new employees as well as the old employees.
