INTRODUCTION
It can be stated that any organization occupied in industrial, professional or commercial
activity and in the business all the people of the organization are work together to achieve the
objective. To achieve the objective of the organization and generate more profit they increases
there functional area by assemble of individual employee because there are various functional
area according to that each individual group of the employee perform work in different area
(Hypský and Kreslíková, 2017). This case study about the john electrical business and he is a
young entrepreneur have little knowledge about the business but this business have well known
regional area and employee strength is very well. In this project detail analysis about the john
different functional area of business and types of the skill needed by the employee to be able to
efficiently perform in the different areas will be discussed.
MAIN BODY
1. Functional Areas in a Business
It can be abided that functional areas means that assemble the individual group of the employee
with the similar expertise and skill. There are different functional area in the business like
accounts, Human Resources, marketing, sales production and for that making the team of the
employee is essential because the Human Resources team can’t manage the work of accounts
department the requirement of knowledge and skill is different for each functional area(Shams,
and et. al., 2018). There are some functional areas that require in the john business without that it
can’t run their business successfully.
(1) Human Resources
It is the essential asset and performs a very important role in the organization. The
responsibility of the Human resources department is recruiting the right person for the right
designitation and hires the people on the basis of the right qualification, skill and experience. In
the John electronic business if not recruit the right employee they must faces the problem
business in the success and the failure of the organization Human department and they the
employee recruit by the HR play a important role (Bondarouk, , Parry, and Furtmueller, 2018.).
