INTRODUCTION
Functional areas refers to the team or group of the employees that are skilled and engaged
in similar activities or perform same field of the job (Nawaz and Koç, 2019). IOM electronics
Ltd. Is a company that is involved in manufacturing and sales of electronic products. Functional
areas of the business plays an important role in the growth of the business. This report will
discuss about the functional areas of the IOM electronics Ltd. Along with the skills that are
required by the employees to perform the job in the business.

There are various areas of the business that are involved in the different activities of the
