care settings and I want to have a better understanding of safeguarding issues that are

1.1. ARTICLE 1
This reports started and end with Victoria climbie (page no- 1). it is right that the
case is enquire for long term of time. On 12 january 2001, Victoria great aunt, marie-
therese kouao and carl john manning were convicted of her murder. At the case trial,
manning said that kouao strikes Victoria on daily routine with shoe, coat hanger and

wooden cooking spoon and would strike her on toes with the hammer. Victoria blood
was found on manning football boots. Manning admitted that at time he would hit
Victoria with bicycle chain after saying some words such as “You could beat her and
she wouldn’t cry ... she could take the beatings and the pain like anything.” at the end
Victoria heart, kidney, lungs all failed so this case show the evidence about how Victoria

1.2. ARTICLE 2
This article is related to fatal rate of child which is due to the homicide behaviour.
As per the article, each year many of children dies. According to the report of WHO,
there are estimated 50000 + death are recorded due to the homicide among with age of
children 15 years in 2000. many of child death are occur due the homicide effect and
this is genuinely not taken serious by the UK government. The education and care of a
child is important, but due to no parental support, their parents are just going through
aim of life. The conclusion arises they don't even know about the emotional attachment
and all with anyone. The social life is totally interrupted. The social life create a path of
relevancy and know about the emotional dependency. In the context with article the
suicide are taken by those child who don't even have support may be emotionally or
morally an sometime it create the negative feedback in their aim of life. When the child
have do not support moral and verbal then the stress and pressure is not faced by them
and to just quit this stress and pressure. They have only aspect to end their life.

Another article that has been taken into consideration is Powell, Catherine and
NSPCC on behalf of an unnamed local safeguarding children board (2020) . where the
article is emphasizing on the way children are emotionally or mentally abused and it
becomes difficult for the professionals to take care of child in such situations.
This article show the research on the role of parental involvement in children academic
achievements as well as their healthy development and well being. If partner are

working then its is difficult to create effective involvement. The perception of early child
hood educator and their factor which affect the parental involvement lead to create
unfair child care setting. The views on the parental involvement and the type of parental
involvement they employ are impacted by the set of experience in the field. The finding
of article show that while in their view and practices of parental involvement, their
educational background did not have any effects on this. The author Bronfenbrenner
state that the children behaviour is influenced by their collaborating nature with their
surrounding (Mannell and et. al., 2019). Included as home and school or institute, a
perfect and positive relation is establish by the their surrounding. Partner have busy
with their aim then the well being of child is not cared, so it is important to care these
before the child goes in negative outcome which arise the case of child abuse in
reference with unethical norms. Parents must be create a collaborative behaviours with
the educational institute to know the information about the education growth of
children.
In this article it can be summarized that the partnership is a basic process that is
required fore parental involvement and providing the required support to children.
1.4. ARTICLE 4
Another case id related to Anonymous Giorgia case on the NSPCC where the
staff do not posses all the information of a girl and the mental health condition
suffered by her. In this case the partnership was properly working as the
community and neighbours are willing to understand the need of child to be
saved from child abuse. I also developed a learning from this article that
partnership is very effective I addressing and further tackling of the children
abuse.
This article state that the child abuse is not about the black eyes. Child about may be
sometime by parents is ignoring the child needs, putting them in supervised, dangerous
situations, exposing them in sexual situation or making them feel unwanted or stupid
are also forms of child abuse. Due to this the type of abuse, the serious emotional of

child is lost and harm. There are many myth like child abuse is about violent but the fact
is that ignoring child and neglecting them from long period of time can damage the
emotions of child. In this context, parents must engaged with children in their free time.
This help him to connect with children and try to know about the feeling and want. This
help to build a strong relationship between them, the emotional connectivity is essential
for the better development of child and also that help him to create a safe guards form
the unfair care setting and also chance of child abuse is low when parents are
connected with their children's (McDaid and et. al., 2019). The involvement is necessary
for a child when the developing phase is started they must be social which create
impact to be happy and well-being.

This article is about the emotional abuse which is faced child in their age, they
ignore of things and a consist behaviour produce the unethical stigmas in the mind of
child. Emotional abuse happens when the people and relative continuously say thing
and behave in a such a pattern which is inappropriate for the child such as inadequate,
unloved, worthless, or only valued as far the other person needs. The emotional abuses
are generated by some of the facts:
 Not allowing child to express their view and opinion in front of anyone.
 Always being silence when they used to speak.
 Ridiculing with themselves.
 Shouting on them for short matter
 limiting the physical contacts.
 Always pretending them as they are worthless
 telling them that they are always made mistake and not good for work and other
activities.
 Preventing from social interaction.
 Ill treating with other person in front of child.

 Bullying, including and online bullying.
 Emotional blackmail
these all type of maltreated create a level of abuse which harm the emotional
legacy of child for long period of time. The signs are may indicate appearing withdrawn,
afraid and anxious all the time, showing extreme in behaviours may be depressive and
sometime extra aggressive (Prino and et. al., 2018). Lack of interaction to their parents,
according to age they perform inappropriate behaviour for example sucking of thumb
for long time which lead to create the emotional relevancy.

This research article is based on the child abuse and published by leading child
protection NGO in the UK, the NSPCC report about the finding from the UK wide. Thus,
this reports is based on the impact of child maltreated and others form of childhood
victimization in the country of UK. In UK the maltreated child are more because of the
life expediency and interdependency which create a dilemma in the country. Abuse and
the neglect is not unique for the UK. It is global issue which has significant consequence
for public healthcare. UK government provide to children as right for physical integrity
and government's role and responsibilities to ensure about the protection from violence
and all the step are taken to help them form to get overcome form the adverse
consequence (Shin, H.J., 2018). The child maltreatment indicate the societal and global
failure about the commitment to children right reality. As per the UK government, there
are major guidelines are initiated for parents which include:
 Try to understand your children's.
 Keep children healthy
 get overcome from alcohol and drug by regular interaction and share their
positive thought to them.
 Join a support program for new parent how to deal with children's in early age.

KNOWLEDGE ABOUT RESEARCH TOPIC
After reviewing literature research, get several results of current situation like
lack of child care sitting, increasing rate of child fatality due to homicide, emotional
abuse of child in early age and it creates mental and emotional stress and child not able
to express their view, being silence. In current situation, there is high rate of child
abuse which harm emotional legacy of child. Due to not interact with parents, they
perform bad activities and take wrong direction. All these information is gather by
NGO work in the UK and this report represent childhood victimization in UK. To address
this issue UK government provide right of physical integrity to children and implement
some rules and responsibilities to protect from violence. In current, UK government also
make some guidelines for parents like try to understand their children and spend time
with them, provide them healthy food and engage them into physical activities to make
a better person, overcome intake of alcohol and drugs and keep environment positive
for their children, attend support program to deal with infant. If parents are working and
appointing a carer, at first they need to know all information related to carer. But still,
UK government need to make better policies to prevent child abuse and make better
social health to grow their country.

METHOD IN CARRYING OUT RESEARCH
Evidence-based practice is an educational step which have predetermined
steps to follow a research work. It helps in agency, administrators and
intervention for client. It has some basic steps like search evidence for study and
after that produce research output. In evidence – based practices at first choose
what to research and select some evidences related to research based topic and
evaluate it. After that, sort out problems related to that evidence. It helps in
decision- making like what to do or what not. It is a complex process and need to
answer evidence question to get right answer for further studies. Evidence-based

practice have following benefits in research work such as standardized work, real
data to make decision, help to maintain accountability and transparency in
research field, improve quality of work, provide better outcomes for further
studies in specific research area. It helps to maintain data for future reference. In
given context, after reviewing different literature articles, get some important
evidence which help to study social health care and how to tackle child abuse
problem. These evidences show that child abuse cases by carer in absence of
parents, neglect and abuse of children by their parents, sexual assault of 14 year old girl
by her father, a boy trying to attempt suicide due to neglect and emotional and mental
health difficulties. All these evidences show that social health care is not well. According
to these evidence, need to make child protection plan, need to child- focusing
approach, make authority responsibility to protect child right.
1.9. M2) THE RELIABILITY AND VALIDITY OF OWN LITERATURE
REVIEW
Reliability and validity are linked to each other but have different meaning.
Reliability means how a method use to measure something. If a similar result
obtain by using similar methods under same circumstances, this mean after
searching, literature review is reliable. In reliability, also compare different
measure of similar case. It also depends on observers because it is just a
possibility when different observers measure similar measurement. Reliability
also depends on data collection process and standard conditions of research. So
always try no external factors impact the result. In given context, during
literature review need to understand what researcher do to improve to make
literature review more reliable. During literature review must do preparation and
also measure external conditions. Validity means a method use to measure
everything accurately and it's depend on real properties, social world. Reliability
is an indicator to measure that given case is valid. If result is not reliable, this
mean it is not valid. To get good results in literature review, always collect data

which is valid. Validity depends on three basic evidence such as always cover all
concepts of literature review, use questionnaire to get right result. In given
context, after studying literature review partnership play an important role in
child care like parents do their job and left their kid at home with carer. Due to
this child not getting proper care and not able to learn new things in life. In this
care, parents don't spend time with their kid and child not getting emotionally
attachment with their parents and later on when child grows, he don't have
emotional intelligence to manage his social life. He doesn't have positive aspects
in his life and sometimes get wrong direction and spoil life. After reading all
these in literature review, it's concluded that parents have major role to nurture
their kids and to give them right direction.
1.10. M3) PURPOSED RESEARCH STUDY BASED ON
RESEARCH TOPIC
The main purpose of this project is to literature review how partnership play role
in child care and help to tackle health and social care settings. Now these days, parents
are busy in their job and parties and they are not giving their children proper time and
also not help to manage kid's lifestyle. After literature review, this is concluded that if
parents don't give proper time to their kids, this condition affects social health. So
today's, need is parents give their kids proper time to learn them social behaviour and
give their life positive aspects. By this way kid learns how to react positively, eat, learn
new things and to do physical activities. Children also learn how to keep calm and
motivated in any condition (Williams, C., 2019). All these help to maintain social
healthcare and stop child abuse in society. If parents nurture their kids, they don't take
any wrong direction and if they do something wrong, at first children discuss with their
parents to get their help. According to this, children learn how to react in any condition.
All these help to reduce crime and violence in society and improve social healthcare and
make a better society to live.
