INTRODUCTION
Management is an important function that helps in planning, making effective decisions,
leading and motivating the individuals (Horne, 2020). Management plays a vital role and helps in
growth and development. This report is based on group visit to London Museum where we
identified a historical personality and conducted research over them. There is discussion related
to motivational and team work theory. Along with that there is discussion related to CVF
Analysis.
MAIN BODY
London Museum is one of the famous museum that is located in the City of London. It
has various documents related to history to the modern times. There is description related to
various famous personalities. I along with my group visited the place and conduct a research
related to Iron Lady of Britain that is Margaret Thatcher. The work was done in the team. Below
is description related to the team work that is done by the team.
The Tuckman Team Model
This theory was developed by psychologist Bruce Tuckman and it is one of the famous
theory to understand team behaviour and team development. It is important to note that there are
four stages in the theory. Along with that communication plays a significant role in moving
towards the next stage. The discussion related to these stages is done below:
The forming stage: It is the first stage in the theory when each member creates a
impression on each other. It is the time when people try to understand each other and create a
positive impression (Mupepi, 2017). It is also called orientation stage as all the person of the
group talk to each other and try to find the boundaries and expectations. This was the time me
and my team discussed the strengths and weakness at the initial level. We identified an tried to
know each other. We decided upon the expectations so that and build trust for each other. The
boundaries that should be followed are also discussed. This was the time we discussed about
each other and tried to understand so as we do not feel difficulty in doing the work together.
The storming stage: This is the next stage after the forming stage. In this stage the team
members have already understood the strengths and weakness (Masharsky and et.al., 2018). So
there are chances of conflicts as every one tries to cross the boundaries. As the individuals know
about each other's motivation so they try to find out the contribution of each member. In this
